Yes I must reproduce in order to overtake the human population, this is going to be challenging seeing as I'm not certain it's possible for my species to reproduce with humans, and we are so few in number.

Ok then lets entertain this notion. Evolutionary science dictates that there is often a general build up towards reproductive isolation, meaning that a species that directly evolves from another species can more often than not breed with the divergent species, it takes many cycles of deviation from the original ancestor before cross breeding becomes impossible. Meaning that even if you somehow are the next stage of evolution from homo sapiens then you should still be able to breed with homo sapiens.
In other words even if you are a speshul snowflake evolution godmanchild theres no reason you cant get your willy wet unless you really do suck as a person.

My species laughs at the idea of human police being able to put us in prison. I laugh at the abilities of the FBI, they are completely benign to my perception. Also, seeing as I'm not going to do anything particularly illegal until I get to a free country, I particularly don't give a fuck about them, I'm dedicating myself in the mean time to perfecting the security of others so that we can all resist them, but a failure that leads them to me isn't worrying to me seeing as intelligence without evidence is worthless.

Sadly I only know spells to increase virility, even if I wanted to heighten this guys appeal I'd only be able to make him about as attractive as a wasp sting to the chode. Thats on fire.
