Nobody actually found my Twitter because it was deleted and purged right after the thread went up. It only had around 500. The actual answer is that the whole thing is insular and everyone is following each other. There are accounts specifically dedicated to just amassing followers and then reposting work to get THOSE people followers. I'm actually genuinely convinced some people are in it and just making edits for the dopamine from amassing followers. After the account was wiped it just sat there for a bit and people were following regardless for whatever reason. I think another part of it might actually be bots.

I'm fucking dying, this thread is hilarious. I can get the whole fishing for followers with niched content, but like the posts you're making make it seem like you're a bit too into this dude.

I've seen fishers do this, then go silent and then back to regularly scheduled content like some clickbait trash, but this is a whole new level.

It knocked me on my ass a bit and I spent about a day trying to figure out how I managed to fuck up this hard. Then I realized it was actually kind of dumb in a funny way and it's really not THAT big of a deal.

Maybe step away from twitter for awhile. Possibly forever. Realizing you dun goofed is the first step. Second step is realizing the goof was not being open about this stuff, its being into it in the first place. This stuff will seriously prevent you from having meaningful non-internet social interactions. Which are the ones that REALLY matter. The longer you waste your life on pointless crap and imaginary 2D girls, the greater your past will become, and the smaller your future will be. The internet can lead you down some pretty deep rabbit holes, and most people won't say anything about it because its "uWu so mean". The fact that you are still here and reflecting rather then sperging out or DFE is a good sign of some awareness at least.

My friends already pulled me aside and asked me what the fuck I was doing. You're completely right and so is everyone else, this shit isn't good. I've deleted my social media, my twitter accounts, etc. My friend suggested I focus on self-improvement and I'll be taking him up on that.

Sorry, I meant online friends. I'm white, pretty average. I'll be logging off in general. The weather is improving and it's pretty much spring now. I've deleted all my porn and stuff, and I think I'll try to go on without it. This thread was an eye opener and I'm glad it happened here instead of somewhere else.

I think if anything I can at least improve after this.
