I showed the original to a Biden supporter and he just offhandedly declared that it was obviously a green screen and didn't seem to attach much importance to it. I sincerely tried to play double's advocate and talk about the mic size, video compression etc but he wasn't buying it and mostly seemed confused that people were arguing about it.
I have mixed feelings. The only reason to fake such a thing would be as a test run or to gaslight the sheeple into accepting "obviously fake" footage as real. Which is the same reasoning that Sandy HOAX truthers use, but at least this one requires fewer actors.
Galaxy brain activate: they created an optical illusion on purpose as disinfo so that they can greenscreen Biden later on and have it dismissed as a "debunked conspiracy theory".

The only way I see Biden starting an actual war with China is if his Chinese handlers decide it would be beneficial to them (which would only be if they evaluate the situation and determine that it would give China the chance they've been waiting for to knock us off the pedestal).
He'll probably play it safe for at least a couple years and just stick to the tried-and-true pattern of proxy warfare in shithole countries to flex for a while. Then there will be a happening either right before midterms or right before next election cycle, something so severe that it would genuinely make people uneasy with a transition in the same way we were about Dubya.
Edit - Can any Kiwis who speak Russian and are actually sober translate this video and see if it actually does challenge Biden to an online debate with Putin, as is floating around on Twatter?

Believe Xi and Putin are the adults in the room right now. Joe's shown his utter incompetency. If it wasn't for most likely backchannel assurances that Joe wouldn't be allowed to launch nukes on his own God only knows what might be happening.
Added: Putin would chew Joe up and spit him out in a live discussion. And I suspect there would be a lot of Americans rooting for Putin in such a discussion.

That or they'll nudge their puppets to remove Biden and install Kamala or some other puppet they can more directly control themselves. Xi and his cronies feel that the conditions still aren;t as ideal to take more direct measures in the name of their American interests. Alternatively, if the Chinese shadow games bear fruit before that, then they can just come to America like red carpet has been rolled out for them, which it very well might be.
