This is a very simplistic understanding of reality. In some cases the "consumption" of CP may contribute to production. There are two clear cases. One is in paying for CP. The thing you don't seem to realize is that in many cases when people look at CP, nobody is even aware that anyone looked at CP besides the person who looked at it (and with PIR you can make this largely provable), so it's like how the fuck is that throwing fuel on the fire, nobody even knows anyone looked at CP besides the person who looked at it so how is that contributing to children being molested?
