Holy shit, I never own a switch but I actually agree with this. Squat when you didn't train it really well can make your thighs and legs hurts. This is why I hate my school P.E cuz make me fall sick.

I got the Ring Fit a few months into the coof because I started seeing the negative effects from our permanent WFH mode. Sedentary desk job + not even leaving the apartment to go to the office or even get groceries (thanks Instacart and Amazon Fresh) = bad shit.
Squats are literally the only complaint I have about this as a program, so far it's been genuinely a good routine for me.
