Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

His whole image is built around this idea of how strong he is. From his cringe shirtless photoshoots in nature and diving naked into freezing water to him threatening almost every year to punish any country that "mistreated" Russia or questioning another country's sovereignty like Kazakhstan, Ukraine or even Belarus.
He does all of this because he knows that it appeals to the numerous lower class people (vatnik) that miss the USSR and need a daddy figure after so many years of being ruled by one.
Everything is just a mirage and right now he's in the most vulnerable state he's ever been. The ruble is shambles, his covid response was absolutely abysmal, millions of Russians are jobless because of virus, he increased the retirement age which caused many of his die hard boomers to turn against him, the whole Navalny saga helped shatter his anti-corruption imagine that some russians had of him, he got completely alienated in the international stage and the whole economy is pretty much in stagnation.
This whole "debate with Biden" saga is just another attempt at showing how cool and strong and it all coincides with russian state media talking 24/7 about how Biden is frail and has dementia unlike glorious leader Putin.

I don't know about the rest of it but I've seen Putin in interviews and on panels and I am 100% confident he would wipe the floor with Biden. He's a smart guy and doesn't lose his temper that I've ever seen. Biden goes to pieces the moment someone disagrees with him. Hell, Biden can't even make it through a speech, let alone a debate.

Between someone who was suspected of bedding a Chinese spy staying on his post and this shit in Alaska, China may just say “fuck the shadow games” and just move to make more direct actions on their American interests if it’s that easy and the Biden Administration is just giving things to them.

Yes. There is going to be some massive cognitive dissonance by many Americans when the media is still ignoring stuff like this/saying everything is fine while international relations start completely imploding and oh look Israel is suddenly signing defense agreements with China huh what's going on I though things were getting better????

  1. have a disastrous meeting with China
  2. media is unable to cover for it
  3. release BS story about purple haired woman no one noticed because of the beating by china
  4. hope right-wing people get sucker in and 'harass' her
  5. deny the story while the media makes it all about how the evil nazis are attacking a POC for her hair color
  6. no one is talking about the disastrous meeting anymore and is fighting over purple hair

How long before China gives the order to mobilize and make bigger moves? They seem power hungry enough to not give a shit about who stands in their way, and they’re calculating enough to know when the time is right and the iron is hot to make their plays, especially when their opponent offers so little resistance...and when they see they have a slew of collaborators and reporters in the citizenship.

Sucks for Taiwan. That's a lost cause - But, on the bright side, when it turns to shit and everyone looks at the decay, it will make China look bad and give the US the Casus Belli to take those faggy little island rocks that everyone seems to be up in arms about after the dam bursts.
