Gator blames the fact that companies outsource lots of IT to India for why he can't get a job. This is of course a ridiculous cope, I don't work in the field but I know plenty of friends who do and by all accounts the jobs are fairly common and the pay is decent for the skill involved.

This is a huge cope from Gator, and I think is covering for his inability to interview for jobs because he's a social retard.

Which is why he's trying to move to a completely different sector where I presume he thinks that there will be less competition to get into a role.

Not going to power level too hard, but on paper, gator and I should have similar degrees if he went to college for "computer science". I've never been between jobs for longer than a week. Shannon should have no issue finding something in field. Fuck, he could even be middle management at a call center or something. He either didn't bother taking certifications because someone told him he wouldn't need them or they were too hard, never went to school in the first place and like everything else he talks about it's a larp or option c) Shannon is such a sperg in person either his school has nothing nice to say about him when asked for a reference / marks / conduct or he just blows the interview spouting memes and metocuck quotes.

My theory is Shannon expected to get paid the median salary of somebody with a decade of experience straight from college and when nobody offered anything close to that he decided it was due to outsourcing. That or he is just larping and doesn't actually have the degree. While I don't work in the field I imagine getting some shit paying contract gig for the resume and experience doesn't require the highest marks in school or very good interviewing skills.

This is absolute insane cope. Being an IT professional is basically being a computer/server/whatever electronic shit boomers can't cope with janitor. A lot of places can't even dream about outsourcing their IT shit to other countries.

Schools are in need of IT guys right now, especially public ones. Of course I wouldn't recommend someone who gunt guards for someone who likes their women in the schools age range to seek employment there. :story:

In his OG employment sector he just has to compete against other socially awkward nerds. Now in the medical technology field he has to compete against blonde roasties.

If you were on the hiring team who would you rather hire at your hospital or clinic? Gaytor or some blonde roastie.

Does he not understand that a lot of comic books were filled with propaganda? It's not a rewritten view of things or a modern interpretation of Captain America. Most of the comic books were read by children and GI's and the people creating them wanted to keep morale up and recruit soldiers by having the superheroes fight the nazis.
