I don’t know how anyone could legitimately find his street fighter streams entertaining. Literally just Phil beating up on people that struggle to do basic fireball motions for two hours while acting like his basic gameplay is super technical and “ reeeactionary.”

So yesterday morning Phil got on his soapbox and started virtue signaling, obviously to explain why he doesn't have a real job. That he has the gall to try and act virtuous like this when he knows everyone has it on their minds that he's abusing the people who pay him is genuinely sociopathic.
I wrote a transcript of the whole thing, autistic blocks of text ahead.

Because they want to work a better job and no one will hire them because they have no experience in it, so you're fucked. Like 'How do I get experience if no one will give me a chance?' You don't! The answer is, you don't! You're stuck at a level of income and level of living and you never get out of it and that's how it is in America. But when you watch the news 'OHHHHH SO MANY JOBS ARE BEING CREATED EVERYTHING'S SO GOOD' yeah but why does no one EVER say what kind of jobs they are, do you notice that? NEVER EVER do they say 'Well gee are these jobs nice career jobs with a-a-a livable wage and have a family you can raise' or do I work at a Dairy Queen pumpin' fuckin' ice cream for $5 an hour and I only get 15 hours a week so that way they don't have to pay me Health Care so I have to work three jobs to make a living. That's the American Dream these days! It's bullshit! Yeah, it's bullshit! And it's very frustrating because I see my wife stressing out because she had to be out there on the FRONT LINES of Covid. People coming into the stores, not doing the right thing, coughing, being disgusting, and she's there every day! And does she get rewarded for it? No! But she's gotta risk it! It's like Jesus, fucking stupid country! Instead we gotta fool ourselves and always say that everything's so good, when no one actuallys want to look at the truth of the matter of how things are out there. We're very lucky that I get to have this job, I get to work from home, we get to do fun stuff every day, you guys love it you SUPPORT IT I appreciate that but anyone who's stuck in a retail job I feel for you, like I understand I see it every day like my wife I've been there, I've worked retail jobs for a very long time! It's bullshit! You deserve better! You do! You deserve way better than that! I honestly feel that some people workin' these jobs are working way harder than anyone else! Imagine juggling three part-time jobs to make ends meet? That's your whole life! Just work!

They're stuck in a position where they can't get any better than what they already have. EVEN THOUGH the media tells them that the jobs are so good and everything, they just can't! They apply everywhere and they're shot down. They ARE trying, they're just not being given the opportunity. Right now, in America, you have to understand that we're in a situation that when a job opens up a line-level position for something, you have twenty, thirty, forty, fifty people applying for this job, and half the people are OVER-QUALIFIED. You got people applying for jobs at retail stores who have fucking Master's Degrees, 'cause they can't get a job in their industry anymore because their industry doesn't exist anymore. 'Cause all the shit's been outsourced, you know what I mean, that's the state of the world. Now YOU, apparently were in a good situation where you moved up, that's great! Congratulations to YOU (the sarcasm in this sentence could not be translated in text) but you know what you gotta do you gotta look around yourself and say 'Maybe that's not everyone's situation and maybe I should be very grateful for the success that I have had because I understand that not everyone is that lucky'. Alright? At least in my experience, peepul who I know (all one of them) I know MANY PEOPLE who are not in a lucky position and do not like what they do and are stuck doing shit. There's a distinct difference, that's the determination that needs to be made by the people in charge but the problem is that's not what happens. Now imagine this, just imagine this, an entry level job at an office, office building, I don't know some kind of business opens up. It could be a receptionist, a customer service rep, alright? Line-level position. What kind of person would you look for for that job? Maybe someone who has minimal college education, if not at least has a history of verbal skills/good report with a customer or something, that's what you'd look for. Wanna know who applies for that job? People who've worked for major corporations that don't exist anymore, and you know these are Master Degree level people and they just need any job possible. Monstrously overqualified for the position but willing to accept that as a job because they're that desperate for a job! That's America! And then the people who would think 'Oh, well this is a go-getter, someone who's worked hard on lower-level jobs now they can move to a career job', they don't get those opportunities! Instead the companies take those people who are overqualified 'Oh, well that person is very desperate for this job so we know they're gonna work their butt off even though this is probably way less than they used to get paid, maybe we can get them to do high level work or extra work and not pay them for it! Just pay them that low level salary and get away with it! Why would we want the person who's worked retail, or fast food, or service industry for 10-15 years when we can get someone who's overqualified and overeducated who will work harder and put out higher quality work!', that's what's going on in America! But you don't hear that in the media, you hear 'Jobs are being created!' YEAH! More fuckin fast-food jobs, retail jobs, wow that's so good! That's not a career job, it's not, and by the way most of these places won't give full-time hours to those people so they can't qualify for healthcare! So now they gotta work 2-3 jobs just to make ends meet, you gotta pay out the butt for healthcare 'cause they gotta go to the insurance marketplace to get it, instead of actually getting it through their employers, it's fucked up! Sorry I'm being honest today about this, people are asking, I'm telling you how it is! It's not all sunny and rainbows and roses like the media always tells you! The media wants you to feel that everything's good so people don't feel upset over how things really are. So they always spin it in this nice positive way when in reality that's not how it fucking is. Think about it this way, if it really was so nice why are there so many service-level jobs out there? Just think about the retail industries that are prospering, all the fast food industries that are prospering, how can that be? If everyone was an amazing career job, how can those companies be the ones that are prospering right now? Someone says 'dood nice analogy' I HAVE BEEN THERE! Before I worked at Youtube, excuse me as a Youtuber I didn't work for Youtube, this was my experience in life! Was going from job to job to job, every job shitting on you, not treating you seriously, overworking you, not paying you for the work you do, not treating you with any kind of values of an employee, and any time you try to make a move to something better, you get told 'You don't have the experience, you're not qualified!' "What he's saying is, if you don't like how the system works, why don't you try to change it? Okay, so how do you systematically change that system that's been ingrained into the culture of the United States? Because it starts from the top-down. It's the people in government who give ALL the benefits to these companies and allow them to do these kind of hiring practices, allow them to do these fucked up things, and by the way allow these companies to outsource all their shit, so all those jobs that used to be these great career jobs aren't in America anymore. Those are the people we have in charge in our government! And we have a system where you can't fix it! Well there you have it, Phil's fatalistic speech on why hard work is irrelevant and all life boils down to luck. If you ever see someone in a bad spot in their life it's just luck and you shouldn't judge them for it. Phil's political opinions totally aren't entirely self-interest and at no point does he inadvertently advocate communism.
This is why I'm 100% for Just Chatting Phil streams.

DSP gets hyped up and says Jaxx is the first tipper of the night with a $100 tip, followed by a quick pause as the pigroach fumbles to find his little trumpet sound effect on his phone to blast through the mic, then saying "there it is."

I think you get the idea. I think we should build a timeline with only the events told by Phil himself. That would be wonderful.

That would be less of a timeline and more of a Gordian knot. With the amount of times he's retconned shit and changed the events in his life and their respective causes and effects, would it even be possible to consolidate it into a single story at this point? I think we'd have to use the same degree of mental gymnastics as the pigroach in order to make a viable timeline out of the shit he says.

Now that DSP has gained more relevance (albeit temporary) in the normiesphere with the mod leaks, I would love to see another mainstream edited video in the same vein as Down The Rabbit Hole with WWE Champions as center point.
