I like the sheer butthurt some you guys get if anyone dares to defend someone who could vaguely be considered an "lolcow" even if their thread is only in Prospering Grounds and they aren't even an official lolcow yet.
Thinking we have to just dogpile the hate on anyone being discussed in these boards instead of, ya know, actual discussion which can include things like constructive criticism instead of pure hate is ironically pretty autistic and lolcow esque in of itself.
Echo chambers are boring, not every single person with some flaws or eccentricities is the next Chris, lighten up, Francis.
1. If you haven't seen anything like his early style, you never looked.
I have looked and I have seen things like his early style, the funny thing is I wasn't talking about his early style though, I was talking about his current one.
And I said "at least not quite like he does it" ie plenty of people have an artstyle that blends manga and western cartoon his styles, but his take on it is pretty unique.
2. His later style is such an impressionistic mess of oversaturated colors that it legitimately makes me a bit nauseous.
If you personally don't like his style are you of course freely entitled to your own opinion.
3. Whatever talent he has has been squandered by the fact he has a persecution complex that rivals the Sun in size. Redditors taking their updoots back when they discovered he was a racist was like annuduh shoah to him. Someone that thin-skinned from the word go never had a future in the art industry.
I never said he didn't need to lighten up a bit.
There's a difference between "light-hearted jab" and "going for the throat with a butterfly knife".
I never said otherwise, I said "poking fun", yeah, there's clearly a big difference between that comic and the other ones, that's obvious, I was still just pointing that it was poking fun at Tim Pool, not something 100% pro Tim Pool, I wasn't trying to say it was exactly like his other comics where he targets the Woke.
If you can't tell the difference, you may have mid-to-low functioning autism.
Yeah, wouldn't that be wild? I mean just imagine that.
I could tell the difference though.
