It's not really annoying, just dumb in that sort of "Why is this even something you're upset about" fashion.

Spoiler: Fuck it. Spoiler'd for length.

To expound further, it feels played up moreso for the act, with the problem being that the act is poorly executed. The first clip's issue lies in the fact that her "jealousy" angle feels incredibly insincere and shallow. I'll address that a little further in a bit, because the example I want to use is easily applicable to the second clip as well. The second clip's issue is owed more to the conflicting nature of Kiara's and Calli's individual personalities. Deadbeats know well enough by now from Calli's own explanations about herself that she doesn't really key into any sort of interpersonal faux pas when paired with another person, or, in her words, "it's not weird until someone else makes it weird," so Kiara's concerns about potential shows of favoritism ends up blatantly falling flat on its face when she expresses them to Calli, and it's strange to begin with that Kiara would even play up taking an exception to this given that she's supposedly Calli's closest friend. You would think she'd know this about her by now.

For juxtaposition's sake, take a look at Korone and Okayu's relationship, more specifically how Korone goes full bore in her neediness, obsession, and jealousy when it comes to Okayu. It's entertaining because Korone doesn't pull her punches, she eagerly goes full "yandere" whenever it comes to her, and Okayu has been full of anecdotes of her own to support the notion that this is the case. There's a degree of sincerity presented to the nature of the relationship, and it becomes a bit easier to buy into it when you have stories from both parties' ends that put Korone's attitude into a more sympathetic light on top of this. All of the ingredients that make their dynamic believable and entertaining just aren't there and not very many attempts have been made to create them from Kiara's position. I guess you could say it's one of those things where Kiara feels like she's trying to have her cake and eat it too (fucking cake princess) with how she's trying to both "play the field" and have the "one true wife" thing with Calli at the same time, and I imagine that really just doesn't work for most people (outside of the KFP cult). She also doesn't really commit to the angle either, instead opting to awkwardly beat around the bush when it comes to addressing her "jealousy" and putting on crocodile tears to try (and fail) to appeal to Calli's sense of sympathy. Probably doesn't help that Calli gets pretty awkward in her own responses as well, but we at least have that expectation from her by now.

But that's just my two cents on the matter, and hopefully this is the last time I'll indulge in the Kiara doomerposting. Even I think this shit's gay as fuck at this point, but I saw an opportunity to give the matter a little bit of thought and try to identify why Kiara loses some appeal in cases like those posted clips.

Calli actually make a good point in here. She's very clingly when towards Calli or any holomember even the girls trying to make some barrier, she's trying to forces to break it. You can see in here she cutting Calli when she's talking, like what she did in her holotalk.
Ollie have this kind of problem too aside from being so loud which we agree of, but her differences between Kiara and her is very on par, Ollie didn't cutting when someone talking and I need to give her some side plus for being wholesome with Astel like sibling so I give her some pass.
Talking about subaru about she always scream? She's straight-man at comedy and it hit right and funny.

I don't know man, I still think that hate boner people have for the chicken is honestly more embarrassing than anything she could ever do imo.
Her boisterous and overly enthusiastic attitude it's kind of needed to balance out the other personalities of the English girls.

The chicken acts as a Midway point between the Japanese and English branches and the personality is what pulls the group together (The Takamori and Gura student stuff come to mind).
The absolute cringe I see of people getting upset over clearly scripted antics never ceases to amaze me.

Not hating her, but don't like her for me. I respect her Japanese skill but how she portray her personality towards everyone and how she executing it's not my cup of tea even lead to cringe. She can be catalyst toward her genmate but she need too control it. People in here already tell what she need to do to make her more better streamer. I hope when we see Minecraft stream when she build at pekoland, she grow to be better chicken but I having doubt with it since she probably have personal issue with Moona about Pekora.

Idk much from Korone and Okayu’s dynamic, but what I’ve seen it’s a lot more reciprocated, whereas Calli and Kiara’s whole thing is meant to be tsundere. Marine talked about it a little bit in a clip someone posted a handful of pages back but it’s all about the life/death opposites thing. It’s something they established before even debuting because Calli’s description for Kiara in her debut is something like “lol shit bird die”. That doesn’t mean it can’t get awkward at times though since I don’t think they really know how to play into it yet and sometimes I think they need to break character so it doesn’t always seem like Kiara is overly pushy and Calli is constantly annoyed. I mean, it’s clear they’re fine in their personal lives, they spent a whole week together on a trip and hung out a lot before Kiara left

Kiara should just go all-in on euroautism and do board games. She could have contests where KFP members fight to the death for the opportunity to play Ticket to Ride with their Autistrian Queen.

Kiara is just trying to fill too many roles at once to try and make HoloEN work. She's trying to be Sakura Miko (MC) and also force a very strong "Teetee" that not everyone might like (like NoelxFlare)... while also speaking several languages at once, just like Iofi was. This frees the other members to do their main thing but it also forces Kiara on people that might only like a certain other talent. Once there's a few more HoloEN talents I'm sure she'll change.
