speaking as someone with almost as much experience as a tumblr user as meowthkip i'm willing to bet that if this blows up and starts circulating on tumblr, one of these two things will happen:
1) PK and the clique will ignore the almighty fuck out of it, block everybody who brings it up, and continue to hole themselves up within the clique and their cult of personality in the PMD-E and associated groups, albeit possibly at a lesser role just to keep out of the line of fire

2) PK and the clique will go through the usual SJW motions: claim they are being harassed by a select few bad apples who are out to ruin them personally, label the screencaps and stories all sorts of nasty shit like "ableism" and "stalking" while trying to dig up dirt on the people involved, and then milk the resulting shitstorm for all it's worth by begging for sympathy via donations and the likes while simultaneously downplaying their actions

Lol yeah. The more popular option seems to be #2 as it was almost impossible for people to ignore the pengo thing. I'm hoping that that post will blow up

Granted, our good friend Cryogonal here isn't the prettiest of Pokemon but I remember her old ask button/message stating she'd block anyone that even brought it up.

It's amazing how spot-on that absurdly short review is, I'm impressed; I wish I could be THAT concise and still get my point across.

I'm glad this one AT LEAST features one of the few Floraverse characters who isn't an obnoxious bitch, although that demon doctor thing has a lot of potential, unfortunately.

Also, thank you everyone involved in compiling all this stuff! I really appreciate all the effort you're putting into this! I will provide as much help as my time on the internet allows.

(And yes I'm still up for either a Floraverse or PMD-E mock group, and I do agree it would be awesome if Cryogonals were prominent figures in a way or another in either project)

Chap 2- They crash into a rock because FRIGGIN' Cress was sleeping ON THE JOB THAT BITCH. Min's special seeds also fall into the (very shallow) ocean water. Cress gets the seed bag from the ocean bottom while Min is on the beach.

I read this part, I remembering thinking Min was so obnoxious for criticizing Cress for this, like Min can fly. Also, she could have grabbed the seeds when they went down. I get she has a fear of water, but like if this was such an important priority you get over it. She didn't even seem apologetic for her fear, like people with irrational phobias that hinder people are. She just expected her phobia get catered to, and it doesn't work that way. It would be one thing if the phobia just crippled her and she felt bad, but it was just entirely Cress' fault, who was basically doing everything to cater to Min's phobia (and was the only one to fix the problem twice (once retrieving it (because Min couldn't even be bothered to reach in to grab it, at all)), and then to clean the seeds (because, oh no a tiny bit of water)). It's so unbearable and with such a lack of awareness that this behavior isn't normal. I have many an amoral character, some I even love. But I'd never call them good or act like they're in the right. PK has no idea how to frame things, because PK has no idea of normal human interaction and consequences.

Though, that being said, Floraverse does a very good job of showing PK's mindset and views of what are normal. It's actually a pretty good analogy to what happens between them and a lot of their friends. Like Pengo, for example. Pengo was constantly asked to do things for them, but the minute Pengo (and many others) didn't cater to that or didn't do it right, they were torn apart. Like they aren't obligated to do things, but everyone is obligated to do things for them, and if they mess up doing those things or don't do it well enough? Well, then that's their fault and they're awful. Even though everything was done to help with no benefit back to them (It's not like it's something to give back or repay, like most people, it just is something owed and not giving it or even not doing it right is bad and harmful, apparently. And makes the other person wrong.).

Though, that being said, Floraverse does a very good job of showing PK's mindset and views of what are normal. It's actually a pretty good analogy to what happens between them and a lot of their friends.

This makes me wonder about the mindset of most Flora fans.

I assume some of them unironically "get" Min's self-serving behavior and can identify with it? Then again these are Tumblr people we're talking about. Some people actually get very obsessed with a Flora character.

Character wise he was pretty great, too. He was subtle, had doubts and issues, but was genuinely nice. He had actual depth in a story that seemed to lack it, and variety. (Though, as previously mentioned, the most likely reason seems to be PK flipped out out on them due to idea differences.)
