Just chill for a moment. Breathe in and out. Close your eyes for a moment and just enjoy the sensation of existence. No one is going to get up at your ass for not knowing whatever the fuck big bounce theory is, or the similarities between genesis 1 and snowball earth theory.
You are arguing about nothing to nobody. Does that not register to you, especially when most of your posts on Steam go ignored? There are so many other ways to express your creativity constructively, as others have said in this thread.
It's quite liberating to know that, even when you're angry or frustrated, you still contain the capacity to stop and move on. I sound like a stupid hippie when i say this, but it's okay to just let go sometimes.

I mentioned it in case anyone wanted to have an actual discussion after all this talk about doing so. Sorry I made you feel inferior.

Kim Jong Liu getting her wires crossed trying to tell me to do something constructive while attempting to prevent me from doing something constructive be like

Starting to think this is a cry for help.

What kind of person would post on the steam news forums all day of all things constantly trying to argue with people if they weren't crying for help?

"Let me just issue blanket, non-sensical statements about why you're wrong and admit to refusing to watch the video that proves exactly what I am as my own psuedo-intellectual arguments continue to prove I am, in fact, a midwit."
Bucky boyo me lad, if you thought I was speaking a blanket statement and not specifically talking about the sudden swerve and apparent disconnect between your thoughts from one specific paragraph to the next, you are not reading the same sentences I am writing. But thanks for letting me know where you glommed the term midwit from.

Meanwhile, Naru:

You're an overly edgy tryhard?
For the record, any time I DO watch one of the videos you post instead of making an argument, I'm deliberately going to take the interpretation of the video that's most making fun of you.

Edit: Awwwww, Cirno, I already knew you were hopping mad. You didn't have to prove it by giving what's his face a sticker!
Nah, doesn't work. If I had rated your post mad on the internet, it might have been an effective return fire, but trying to use my words to burn someone else for a positive rating on my post just comes across as extremely tryhard and, well, irrationally angry.

I guess he thinks he's clever. I have to wonder if he's ever convinced anyone like that. My bet is no.

Not even gonna pretend to be offended. This is much higher quality photoshop work than I deserve.

Though if anyone actually did want a well thought out discussion on my ideas, generally speaking, calling me a skitzocow isn't the right way to get it.
I think what people here want is to discuss what makes you tick, why you feel the compulsive need to argue with everyone online, and how you use acting superior to others to cope with and cover up still blatantly obvious feelings of inferiority.

I agree. Naru's brought up superiority and inferiority several times without any prompting, and it's clear they weigh heavily on his psyche. I'd say the Farms isn't the place for that but fuck we're better than steam, at least.

The kind of people who use kiwi farms.

You say as you compulsively argue with me. On kiwi farms.

This doesn't work as an own, because you're the person who posts on steam, not any of us. AND you post on the farms now.

Again, that doesn't work as an own because I'm not compulsively arguing with you, I've taken several breaks but you've consistently responded to my post within minutes of my posting, and it doesn't actually counter or address anything I've said. I also mentioned your compulsive need to argue as something we were intrigued by, not to score a cheap point, so it doesn't make sense to try and throw it back in my face.

That said, I will give you another go to try and respond to anything I said. And another attempt at an insult. I believe in you, champ!

No doubt wasting years of his life doing this shit has degraded his mental health and damaged his sense of worth. He's probably under the assumption that he can't do anything anymore. Constantly trying to get into things or learn things, getting burnt out, seeking the comfort and euphoria shot of a quick, easy troll or debate with some online loser to boost his own ego. Just kept repeating that pattern, a vicious cycle, spiraling out of control. This is what social media addiction does to a person. He's nothing more than a husk now, a shadow of his former self, a scarecrow automaton vaguely mimicking his former life's actions, but, there's no one in there anymore.

So you're saying the people who try to argue on kiwi farms of all places are accomplishing something? Well by george I guess I'm accomplishing something.

Glad to know we have something in common.

Was there any particular reason you wanted to respond to me? You didn't say anything except "no you". Was this mere impulse, acting out the same action you've performed every day for the last couple years? Does any thought even go into it anymore? Can you feel your psyche rotting away, or has the supple flesh of your ego already sloughed off? Is this even a hobby anymore, or simply something you feel like you have to do for just that little bit of validation?

Of course some thought went into it. People aren't so nasty to others as you are unless they themselves have nothing worth living for. As you can see, we have a lot more in common than we do differences.

Okay then what do you do besides this? I don't mean shallow shit like "heh do you even have a gf?" I mean like what actual constructive, expressive hobbies do you engage in that isn't shitposting 24/7?

Did you miss the part where I offered to have a civil discussion about crossdisciplinary theology?

How about you? How do you keep yourself entertained during totalitarian lockdowns over a milder case of the flu?

I'm a hobbyist software engineer, I can't run out of shit to do.

But I asked you, what do you do? Anything? Because doing only this is going to drive you insane. More insane, anyway.

Why won't you answer the question? Are you afraid of admitting you've accomplished nothing with your life, not even something simple that nobody would appreciate but still makes you feel fulfilled?

Well I'll grant you it's nothing so mundane as software engineering, but I do dabble in crossdisciplinary research on a range of different topics.

I really doubt that alone allows you to express yourself in a fulfilling matter. It doesn't let you create anything, it doesn't let you tend to anything or care for anything. What does it even mean anyway, is that a fancy word for being a conspiracy theorist? Have you ever even tried to pick up any hobbies besides this?

Well I'll grant you it is rather difficult to express myself in a fulfilling manner when my audience is literally big red and a couple variations of trigglypuff.
