I think the guidelines are 40-65% daily calories from carbs (in Nick's case, noodles), and 20-35% from fats (which would be the cheese and all those sauces).

Nick consumes waaaay more than this, his poor liver.

I’m not saying she’s a victim. She is not. She is a product of her own choices despite her past which I’m sure was terrible. BUT.

I feel like Nick gets off on feeding her and knowing how sick and immobile she is. He talks about having to drop her off so he goes to park like it’s normal. The woman cannot walk. And he’s just laughing it up. She’s a gelatinous, dim, prop for him, and it’s stuff like this that really shows what kind of a person he is.
