I can't really think of any other part of rich yurop that would need to be catered to like this though. Spain and Italy have similar levels of English proficiency as the French but uhhhh... not so much money these days. And plus you could just sign-on girls from LatAm for cheap and use them to capture any audience that might exist in Spain. The low countries, the Balts, the Nordics, and the Germans (both the farm simulator kind and the based southern kind) are all proficient enough in English to watch EN and Eastern Europe is poor and aged (not a lot of room for the growth Cover is probably looking for).
this, anything else wouldn't make much sense. who would watch it? and how many would watch it? they would forever be handicapped by their limited reach. holoEN blew up because almost everyone speaks english to some degree, and it's easy to translate. how many people speak dutch/italian/polish/czech etc? heck who would want to listen to it - not even I'd want to and I'm one of them.
the closest you'll probably see is either french and/or spanish, and then most likely bilingual like kiara or ID to tap several markets at once like "english + x". much more sensible trying to push their existing talent building on the established viewers, like the lion towards russia for example, and if that works out add more down the line that can cover both.
They should delay Gen 6 atleast until next year. EN2 is a no brainer but JP6 would fragment the fanbase even more to the point of probably pulling viewers/donations from the well-established ones. They should also focus on getting more attention to some of the girls who are lagging behind when it comes to views/subs. Mel, Aki, Roboco, Choco and Flare come to mind.
some will always lag behind due to appeal and spread, that's inevitable and imho not a negative - it would be stupid to assume they suddenly can bring in korone's or coco's numbers (not unless those grow even more so they ratio would still be more or less the same), and in trying so could reduce the appeal they already have.
the smart thing would be to get them into more collabs and push them a bit more to the front just so people know they exist (and might start watching them), but in the end most people's budget and time is limited, so there are only so many they can watch and pay membership for at once, and the more eye-catching/meme-worthy and clipped ones will always beat them in that regard.
this way you can cover (lul) different types of viewers that prefer different talent (there's some overlap of course, but different strokes for different folks and all), instead of turning it more or less all into the same sludge the west is doing for "broadest market appeal".
the other thing is do they even have to? what does it cost cover to "carry" those along the big earners? I doubt it's that much, maybe an extra manager or two. and even if they barely break even in the end it still contributes to the brand as a whole.
