The job of an ACTIVIST aka REVOLUNATRY is to change the minds of normies. The process is simply advocating unthinkable positions and justifying them. If you can do this, then you move the Overton Window. e.g. Robin DiAnglo advocating whiteness. She got a ton of pushback, "that's judging whites as a group, not individual. That's bias. That's racism, etc." but she pushed through the feedback and now concepts like whiteness and white privilege are accepted facts. So the normies will initially reject you but if you keep pushing, you desensitize them and eventually they accept you. There is no way to avoid conflict, to avoid triggering, you have to go through the pain.

Look at concepts like Repeal the 19A. Repeal the 19A used to be unthinkable in 2015, today it's common sense that [single] women should not allowed to vote because they're easily manipulated and vote to get disproportionately raped and killed (#ReufegesWelcome, BlackLivesMatter). There is no hate in saying women shouldn't be allowed to vote, only love because we want to protect women from making poor decisions and the data shows this. People fought hard to change the view of female voting and today every conservative on the internet including Ann Coulter supports repealing the 19th.
