The funniest part, to me, is that he didn't have the stones to tag the guy, whose full username he knew, in the message. Still talking tough while cowering.
Phil taking a weird, insulting jab at a literal child from out of their earshot? Apparently that VR Chat incident wasn't a one-off.
Phil so consistently gin tweets at like 2am his time the fact he stayed offline for a full day Thursday surely must mean there's trouble in paradise.
If she worked at 6am, maybe she stopped him from staying up all night like he did when Panda was working early and insisted that he come to bed with her early, because he had no reason to be up and could get a good night's rest. He does call her his mom. As a result, he wasn't up at 2am, hitting the gin, thinking his retarded tweets were a good idea. This theory would require Kat to actually want to be around him though, which is probably a stretch.
Regarding her schedule, Phil is probably relishing that she has been un-doxed with whatever move she has made. It took him almost a year to acknowledge that the bankruptcy said where she worked, having still tried to act like nobody knew while also wanting victim points for her working in a grocery store during a pandemic. We and his wheelchairs all figured out she worked part-time consisting of some combination of Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun nights because of when he could do OT as she 'was at work', but he refused to ever explicitly say these were the days she worked. Nobody was supposed to put it together.
The fact that Phil keeps trying to imply that she is still at Fred Meyer but in a different position is probably the surest sign that she has a totally different job. He never wanted us to know she was there to begin with, so why would he be trying to convince us she is still there. Similarly, we can only gauge her schedule by what he tells us on any given day, since he thinks everyone is too stupid to piece together her schedule based on his day-to-day reports, and will prioritize a chance to play an immediate victim over his cover stories.
I will say if she is working 4 hour shifts, she is definitely not full time. Most retail places will stick to 5 days on shift for full-time employees, meaning that she would be getting consistent 8 hour shifts. Scheduling short shifts for a full 7 days to hit full time hours was frowned upon and I believe illegal in some places.
