Unless there is some added context that I just can't find, I don't understand why "[Movie] reminds me of [Show]" is such an awful thing to say. Another Tweet of hers I found about Harriet Tubman/Slavemaster fanfic being on par with the evils of Reylo was a lot more cringe worthy than this thing is.

If I'm understanding this right, Lindsay is being cancelled for complaining about media that mashes different cultures together under a vague umbrella of "Asian" and ignores its cultural context. I thought this was a pretty woke opinion, and is a criticism I've seen other people level against Raya and Avatar without any incident. Or is Lindsay just not allowed to comment on "Asian issues" because she's white?
Basically, it's when you don't outright state a character is X thing, but imply it. They're saying the character isn't explicitly stated to be trans, but has certain traits that you can read as trans.

Her account isn't actually gone yet. Twitter doesn't let you delete your account like that. You can only deactivate it and if you don't log in after 30 days then it is deleted. Sooo many people "delete" their twitter and then turn it back on later.
