I'm technically poor. My country, particularly my city, has a thing about mixed housing - public/private. The idea being that there is no reason for people to segregate based on wealth, so why wouldn't lower class and middle class people want to live together? They don't.

One day I'm smoking on my balcony and I watch this guy in a secluded area out back of another building beating the fuck out of his girl friend. Literally punching her to the ground then repeatedly beating on her. I called the fucking cops after yelling at the guy because I don't care, you don't do that. The cops showed up, talked to the wrong woman after attempting to grab the wrong guy, and wrote the whole thing off as locals made excuses for the ass. They don't care unless someone's going to make a fuss. Wife of a lawyer? You will be listened to. Drugged up bitch living with a drugged up abuser? Good luck. Ironically one of the women who talked to the cops told me: "She's been after him for weeks. She deserved it."

The people most desperately in need of these laws are the people that aren't subject to either their protections or enforcement. The cops would just as soon avoid the paper work and hope they die of an OD or violence. Leave it to homicide I guess... It's a truly tragic state of affairs. And why so many undesirables aren't in the jails they ought to be.

you have to wonder too how much cops see this shit and how many domestics they end up responding to. Really, it probably is most of their job, cleaning up or straight up ignoring the result of druggies murdering each other. Highly doubt the pedo accusations against Captain Content are real. The IP2 community has a tendency to call everyone they don't like a pedo and they've been doing this for a long time now.
Also moving to the USA legally is extremely difficult(pretty much impossible if you don't have some outstanding skills/A lot of money invested in US/celebrity) and there are a ton of background checks. there's no way he could of fled to the US if he had legal problems in Spain. He's been in the US for a very long time it seems, so it's likely that he's in the US legally since he can rent RVs and stuff (You can only rent them with a valid credit card, to even have a credit card you need a SSN and so on) so he's either: a green card lottery receiver/convinced an American to marry him/close relative is American/Has some sort of special working visa but I highly doubt this one.

Captain content is the leader of IP2 post Ice Poseidon/post Baked Alaska. He does alot of community events, like RV trips.
He did a knock off RV6 when Baked Alaska was doing his RV trip. It failed and made very little money compared to Baked Alaska. He seems to not like Baked Alaska.

People on IP2 call him "captain pedo" and "leader of Pedocord". The Pedocord is a reference to discord, which Captain Content uses discord to plan to upvote/downvote posts on IP2 to create narratives.

I dont know enough about him, I just search on IP2 for any info on him. When they were spamming his name/pedo they mentioned Santiago Spain. I guess this is where he is from. I started following IP2 when baked alaska was getting big on there so I wasnt really around/paying attention to captain content until now.

Urban cops get really jaded dealing with ghetto types once they've been on the job long enough. No matter how many times these people get arrested or sent to jail, they're almost always up to the same shit as soon as they're released. Not to mention how antagonistic they always are towards police officers, even when said officers are intervening on their behalf. Eventually, many cops will just come to the conclusion that these people deserve each other and aren't worth endangering oneself trying to protect. Honestly, it's hard to blame them.
This is especially true with domestic abuse. Many women who are in these situations are not helpless victims without agency like the media portrays. Rather, among the urban poor, there exist a large number of what might be called "chronically battered" women who are attracted to and deliberately seek out violent, impulsive, possessive men. Inevitably, these men end up beating the shit out of them at some point until the relationship ends or someone goes to jail. Then, these women will move on to a new "abuser" and the cycle will repeat. Their children will learn these dysfunctional behaviors (and also inherit the genetic traits that contribute to this behavior) and repeat them later in life.
This very widespread and multi-generational problem is mostly outside the scope of what police officers are equipped to deal with, although they are inevitably tasked with resolving it with little support from other societal institutions. I cannot blame them from wanting to wash their hands of it.
