I saw someone say stuff along these lines in the Dick thread and kind of dismissed it as internet autism, but now that Ralph is saying it too, I duuno man. Ralph's not beleviable, but I've seen two or three posters here, a couple in the Dick subreddit plus Ralph say shit along those lines now. Maybe Mint is being passed around by all of them.
