Well, this is just the thing, I think she can help it to a point. It's not just the schizophrenia and erotomania, that only goes as far as explaining the fixation with 'rejecting' all these celebrities she thinks are desperate to get in her pants, and the twisting of verifiable facts to suit that narrative. But even die-hard unmedicated schizos have moments of clarity. So does she, but she gets more attention by ignoring them, which is something she's severely lacking IRL. She gets involved in other threads when her own thread quietens down, so she acts like a half reasonable human being, but only as a tactic to turn the attention from the other person back to herself. So, here we are.
It's also the sheer nastiness of a lot of her other comments. That's a choice that she makes every time she clicks send. She's absolutely unrepentant and has no interest in getting well and improving her mindset or her life in any way.
