Do troons not realize that puberty isn't a pleasant experience for anyone? Every single "cis" woman (and even some men) I know have had horrible experiences during puberty and you don't see them wanting to give out blockers like candy.
Also I've seen a few people call this "eugenics" which is really funny since eugenics is taking measures to make "the undesirables" not reproduce - Did we forget what puberty blockers do? And that most children who are gender non-conforming and/or dysphoric grow up to be gay/bisexual? Or that a lot of the teenagers that go to gender clinics have comorbid diagnoses like autism (Lupron was even attempted to be used as an "autism cure" in the past)...? If anything THEY are the big bad eugenicists that are sterilizing minorities.

They really think puberty blockers are some magical miracle drug that can simply stop puberty willy nilly and allow them to develop as the gender they want to be, have they ever attended a highschool biology class? The teenage years are one of the most important when it comes to the development of the human body, what happens here will carry on to the rest of your life, if you force your body to stop producing Testosterone at its natural rate you won't become a UwU cute delicate princess you will become a mangled mess with a lot of health problems like your bones or muscles not properly developing as you grow older; and then there is also the huge fact that teenagers are naive idiots who still aren't mature enlough to decide on life-changing decicions so allowing them to take these drugs and surgeries massively irresponsable.
Also lol at the first guy who said that this bill is "fascist eugenics", like, nigga you are defending kids and teenagers effectevely taking drugs that will most likely render them sterile AND also defending them taking on a surgery that will turn boys into enuchs and girls into a bizzare caricature of a man, both of wich will never reproduce.

The ignorance levels in these are just amazing. Children need to go through puberty to become healthy adults and no, there's no such thing as "Wrong Puberty" that's just insane talk. It's just your body doing what it needs to do and trying to go against it is as foolish as trying not to breathe just because you don't like breathing.
"They really don't even see us as human." That's just ridiculous. If you ask me, these guys are the ones who don't see themselfs as human.
They refuse to accept what human bodies can do and can't do.
They think they can change sex by having unnecessary surgeries and taking synthetic hormones.
They believe wearing certain clothes can change whatever is hardwired.
The reason why people deny trans people their "threatments" is because those "threatments" are cruel, don't solve their problems in the long run and have a fake science behind them. Basically, It's because we see trannies as human, ironically enough.

The ACLU famously defended Neo-Nazis' right to freedom of assembly when they wanted to march in Skokie, IL, back in the 1970s. They (used to) have a very fundamentalist view on free speech. This is why it's really chapping a lot of people's asses that Kate Strangio can be seen advocating for book burning and suppression of thought on her Twitter. Lots of those tweets were deleted - I reckon upper management had to remind her of the history of the organization she's defrauding.
On a related note, Noam Chomsky, that old rascal, has also consistently defended the Nazi's right to free speech.

The ACLU was at one time incredibly proud of this. These days many of those in favor of "social justice" wish the ACLU had never taken the case or at least had lost because it's the type of case that stops "hate speech" laws from being broadly enacted and enforced in the United States.

I sadly read this whole novel and its very illuminating. He sees women as some kind of alien species.

Women are not taught by their parents how to walk or talk "like women". They talk and walk like women because of biology. Most women aren't taught how to dress or behave "like women" either, unless they're from a pretty conservative or sexist family. Women wear pants and a shirt and behave however they want, they're still women. Weird how these men think parents are non-stop coaching girls from birth to be "womanly"
