The worst people on the planet for this are born again Christians. They assume all their faults are faults that apply to everyone else as well. The people in social justice circles are born again Christians in their own frame work so you can expect all their preaching to be based on themselves. All of them are pedophiles or have weird fucked up fetishes. They band together and protect each other because they're all sinners and repented.

If it was just not giving the right a win it wouldn't run so deep. There's always us vs them narratives and people who side like that. But this is deeper than that because many of these people have a history of childhood abuse yet shelter people who would have abused them any way.
