Apparently his fans think he's this mega heart-throb too. I think I'm gonna vomit
James looks alright, he's not jaw-droppingly attractive but it could be a lot worse and you gotta remember he worked with people like Lawrence(who has actual bitchtits), Joel(weird Jewish elf) and to a lesser extent, Bruce. When those are the kinds of people you're always seen around, things get skewed in your favor.

I don't really mind the logos, if it were for a new brand they'd be perfectly fine. I just don't understand why Funhaus feel the need to rebrand.

Also, no orange? Why would you change your brand's signature color? It doesn't make sense.

I haven't watched a Funhaus video in ages and seeing this rebrand, it kind of hits me now that FH has really changed and evolved into something that I just don't get. If this is the direction they feel comfortable going in then that's good for them but it's just a little sad realizing I don't recognize Funhaus anymore.

Looks like a kids cartoon channel more than anything. Not offensive but incredibly middle-of-the-road and hardly memorable, I hope no one got paid big bucks to come up with a boring little smiling house design because "fun..haus..fun-house!". Just put a bullet in the back of FH already, like the other RT properties it's dying a slow and embarrasing death.

Looks dated but I can’t pinpoint the time period.
The pastel blues/cyans, yellow and pinks/magentas are pretty 90's, not just in shade but also because CMYK colouring/printing was very popular for kids channels back then and a lot of clothes you'd see would have the same colours. I think since their audience skews a bit older they're trying to tap into that nostalgia some people may feel when they see those colour palettes.

Though, being honest it wasn't as widely used as people remember, it's a lot like all those synthwave videos having gridded backgrounds and orange suns. They existed, they just weren't everywhere.

That bit of the logo with 'fun' in cursive and 'haus' in roman is also really familiar to me, it could be based on an old tv show intro but I can't place it. If I had to guess I'd say it was riff on MTV with the roman M and handwritten TV.

I miss the 90s as much as any other jaded millennial faggot but I have to ask; what the fuck were we thinking?

What's worse is all the RT employees in the comments astroturfing it after all the blowback the rebranding. I hope they aren't doing it for free.

The logos look generic and the colors don't work very well. Some have speculated that RT didn't want orange and black to not be associated with the "superstraight" meme. It sounds like a far fetched reason to me, but then I remember how far RT has fallen. I wouldn't be surprised if they changed the name to "Funhouse" just to distance themselves from the German association.

Throughout my nearly decade and a half of watching RT I noticed one particular trait that Lindsay has been exhibiting around 2-3 years after she was introduced. If you listen to her tell a story about her past, I swear 60% of the time it sounds unbelievable. I am referring to the fact that a lot of her grade school stories are presented with a very movie/tv flair to them. When Michael tells a story I'm sure it wasn't nearly as exciting as he makes it sound, but I almost never disbelieve him. Lindsay's tales are always filled with what sounds like caricatures and stereotypes of people rather than actual human beings. Also, she wasn't always this 'lol cuh-razy random' individual she is today. I'm pretty sure she let it slip early on that she was a giga-Stacy during her adolescence and early college years, and she really cared about how people viewed her. So I don't really buy the stories that paint her as a sitcom waiting to happen. I've never disliked Lindsay except for when she does things like this. It feels disingenuous, like she's trying to make up for the fact that she was a rich kid who's life was very average while growing up.
All of this autism I have spewed spawned from her claiming that she was 'known as the sweaty kid' at school, and honestly I just don't believe it. Is it only me or does anyone else feel this way? Like she's trying really hard to be relatable?
Some people (women more often I have found) just like to lie and tell stories. I don't know why, anyone with half a brain is going to catch on pretty quick. Maybe it makes their lives more interesting for them. I think a part of it for her at least is her feeling the need to be funny/interesting alongside everyone else.

Some pics of her high school age self have been posted earlier in the thread, she was thin and attractive back then. And yes she was a bully and as I am typing this I recall her telling a story on IB about how when she went to church (or whatever) as a kid when all off the other kids would pull out their pokemon/yu-gi-oh cards she would tell them that she lost all of her cards and start crying in order to emotionally manipulate them into giving her some of theirs.

Lindsay has said many times about how she was a 'theatre kid' which from what she says means turboslut. She also does that thing that loose women do where they make a lot of cavalier (and usually unfunny) sex jokes because that's what they know and it gets a positive reaction at least sometimes.

Someone paid Kurt Angle to tell Jeremy that he is sorry about his cat.

The fuck is "trans day of visibility"?

The fuck is "trans day of visibility"?
something Pride related. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Transgender_Day_of_Visibility

International Transgender Day of Visibility is an annual event occurring on March 31[1][2] dedicated to celebrating transgender people and raising awareness of discrimination faced by transgender people worldwide, as well as a celebration of their contributions to society. The day was founded by US-based transgender activist[3] Rachel Crandall of Michigan in 2009[4] as a reaction to the lack of LGBT recognition of transgender people, citing the frustration that the only well-known transgender-centered day was the Transgender Day of Remembrance, which mourned the murders of transgender people, but did not acknowledge and celebrate living members of the transgender community. The first International Transgender Day of Visibility was held on March 31, 2009. It has since been spearheaded by the U.S.-based youth advocacy organization Trans Student Educational Resources.[5]
