Don't get your info on how dysphoria works or how sex and gender work from the troons and the Twitter trannies. They're generally pulling it from their ass, or somewhere worse, after it's been passed around a few dozen times.
Basically, dysphoria is 'I am in the wrong meat suit' It's a lot easier to notice it when you hit up the deathfats and beauty parlor, because it's also what's at work when a landwhale thinks they're so so dainty, or an anorexic thinks they're still a deathfat when they're a size XS skin on a size M skeleton. It's not just 'uncomfortable in your own body,' it's 'this feels like it is not my body.'
This is also not relevant to ~99.99% of the troons and trannys we talk about here, though, because I'm skeptical that any of them are dysphoric; I think that the vast majority are some flavor of fakes...and I'd note that a lot of the troons and their ilk will agree with you that just being gender-variant (such as butch lesbian, or femme gay) is just somebody whose egg has yet to crack.
Thing is, you're supposed to wait until the thing in the egg breaks the egg itself--otherwise you're just going to kill it.
