I think he did it, I just don't think he did anything that bad. Stupid, yes, evil? Nah. If anything these women who consented are being manipulative to him now. Couldn't #1s previous bareback partners given her HPV and it was dormant? Any doctors out here?

I think it's worth pointing out that one of the few seemingly evidenced cases of Vinny fucking a fan includes screenshots where he says she has "nice boobies." For all Vinny (and the recent Dan) are aging wannabe rock-stars, there's no sign of either offering a "backstage pass," or enabling the people they pumped and dumped. Vinny in particular could have done so easily by making them mods or giving them extra attention on Twitch, but everyone accusing him just seems to have been another name in the crowd.
Comparing these two cases, I think the deciding factor for a lot of people on how they feel about this is going to be:
  1. Dan is older and was older when he fucked younger fans, Vinny was younger when he fucked younger fans (1X year age gaps instead of 2X makes a difference for a lot of people, though it's still unsavory)
  2. Vinny is way less public about his sexpest behavior and doesn't talk it up at all, or reference it regularly as a part of his online persona.
For this reason I think the allegations are going to bounce back much harder here and bite the accusers on the ass, instead of just fizzling out like Game Grumps. I might be late here because of all the backpedaling that has already happened, but I bet it'll go further.
