Clearly, Peetz is going through something. And obviously, he's not in the mood to talk about it (or have it broadcast to 1000s of strangers online). My theory: Peetz thought he found his 'home' in another similarly-dysfunctional person and now feels a deep dissatisfaction that can only be resolved by him growing a fucking pair and finding a new 'home' in someone that actually respects him and doesn't just use him as a prop for personal gain.

There comes a time when you look around you and take stock of things. I get the feeling that Peetz has had the realization that this is his life now. Who wouldn't be depressed in his position. Either the depression is going to make him give up on life (moreso), or that he'll try to improve his quality of life by moving out/getting new friends/showering more often/whatever.

Whenever she goes to grab a second helping of pizza she asks, "Do you want another slice Peetz?" (No thanks.) "Is it good?" (It's okay) "You want some of my fries *rat smile*?" (I'm good).
It's like she feels self conscious about pigging out on her own whereas at least if Peetz is around she has the excuse that she's "socially eating", or at the very least it can't be labelled as a "true binge" otherwise they would be criticising him too.

Didn't Bibi live her with for eight years before finally breaking things off? And it's not like he was crashing at her place. She was clearly staying at his apartment, otherwise, he would have moved out. I think that's partially why he didn't leave earlier, because he was hoping she would get the hint and move out.. she never did.

We will never see her taking the sort of frequent short walks she should be taking. She's desperately ashamed of her appearance & hygiene... but it's easier for her to crawl miserably into the depths of her lair & lash out at the world than make the changes she needs.

I'm no psychic, but as she sat in the car contemplating getting out and walking, her body language and facial expression practically screamed out loud "I really don't want to do this, people will see me, they'll point and laugh." I suppose she took that little stroll anyway because she had something to prove. Well, so much for the happy, confident, self-loving persona she fakes when she's got a camera pointed at her back at home. When she's out in public she sees herself through the eyes of the world and I believe this because the discomfort she feels when she is outside of her fantasy is obvious and palpable.

Her apartment is a utopian Neverland that reality can't penetrate. She can eat as much as she wants while faceless strangers greet her with "Hello, Beautiful!" and enabling minions busily eject the ones who do point and laugh. She has created a back-up boyfriend by pulling Peetz into her illusion and she's slowly turned him into a version of herself. Did he even notice until now, when it's almost too late to turn back? Eventually she'll have another product to sell, one where "love was right there in front of us, all along." I think they'll both know it's because no one else wants them but it's so easy to flip that mental switch back to "Off" and slip into the fantasy that feels so good.
