God those plates look like shit
People actually pay money for this...
Its steel plate and 3/4 HDPE plastic sheet (Recycled bottles).
Anyone with an angle grinder and drill can make these.

LOL I genuinely thought they were AR500 targets and the rivets were for mounting chains. Making targets SAPI shaped was dumb and larpy, but whatever. The amount of spall these retards are going to catch if they ever get shot with anything that doesn't pen the steel will be glorious. You can get HESCO 210s for like $300 and they're paying some dumbass to make them body armor in his garage.

I wondered if they were plates and didn't bother to check because "no not even these retarded troons with their Alibaba carriers would buy homemade armor with $100k in the bank". I'm so glad to see I was wrong.

Two friends of mine actually bought a set to test them and of all the things a .410 shotgun shell blew out the rivets
These troons reveal the larp in everything that they do. Although, it might have been even more ridiculous for them to buy real plates to put in their $5 ebay carriers. I'd love to see the optics mounts and accessories they use because I'm sure we'd see a fair amount of airsoft gear.

Fat, balding Jarrod

He doesn't even have the belt through his belt loops. I was going to call him a bald bitch, but you have that covered. Good thing they're both blading their stances so much. That way they can get shot under the armpit instead of in the body armor they're wearing. There are hundreds of hours of youtube videos on tacticool shooting. Some of them are even useful. They can't be bothered to do anything right.

He dings the plate once.

edit
The grips are terrible too.

Wasn't Phil a god damn infantryman? What the fuck is that shooting form?

Just because you are larping as a woman doesn't mean you have to lean back like one when shooting. Square your fucking shoulders, put some bend in your knees, wrap up the sling for stability and lean into it you fucking retards.

Also get your feet shoulder width apart. Penny is practically shooting sideways with his stance and that retard Jarrod is almost at the position of attention.

If these idiots attempt to gunfight with this form they are 100% catching a round in a transitional area (armpit most likely) which is a bitch to stop hemorrhage on. Also I doubt that dude making plates made side inserts.

These people should be ashamed. All that grift should have went to SUT (small unit tactics) and marksmanship training.

LOLOLOL I love how he manages to hit the target once, then hits the berm, and then the ground in front and to the left of the berm, and THEN whoever is taking the video moves the camera away so you can't see the target anymore.

What range is he shooting at, and how big is that steel target? Because that's pretty bad, if the answers are anything like 25 yards and nine inches.

You do realize that 5.5.56x45mm NATO and .223 Rem are virtually identical as 5.56mm was based on the .223 cartridge, right? The bullets/projectiles they use are exactly the same and the dimensional differences between their cases are so minute that you would need precision calipers to tell the difference. Most rifles chambered for one or the other will feed both just fine. Sometimes you'll get a picky rifle that will only want to shoot what it's chambered for, but most will work with both no problem. It's not like an AR with .223 Remington stamped on the barrel is going to blow up in your face if you fire a 5.56x45mm cartridge through it. Now, trying to fire a 5.45x39mm cartridge in a rifle chambered for .223 or 5.5.56x45mm would be a more dangerous affair since it's not related to .223/5.56mm. The biggest issue you might run into you might run into firing 5.56mm in a .223 or vice-versa is stuck cases during extraction and shift in point of impact on the target.
Dimensional differences you can't eyeball aren't enough to worry about in a gun?
Hey buddy I know a ranch in Colorado where you'd fit in perfectly

It looks like 75ish yards to me. Maybe as far as 100. They have a IDPA target mounted per the berm pic yesterday. So it would be 12x20 inches. They are not very good shooters, but I don't think anyone here needed me to tell them that. We have 6" and 8" gongs at our 100yd line and you a little bitch if you ain't ringing em.

Then he's firing too fast for that range, that target, and his current level of competence. Which is pretty abysmal.

Combat shooting is about knowing your personal balance of speed and accuracy, and then improving that over time. He's never going to get there with those sloppy habits.

They're out shooting like you do when you're just fucking around. They don't go out there with any sort of plan. They don't use a shot timer. They aren't working on a drill to get some muscle memory down. You just have to get in close and start slow. Once you get accurate and fast, then you back up until you need to slow down to maintain accuracy. Then repeat. You rang the target 1 shot out of 10! Great job! Now lets go jerk off hentai.

Just doing 1 shot from low ready and tracking their times would be leaps and bound ahead of what they're doing in terms of training. I'd also love to watch them get a bzo.

Oh lordy lordy, did you miss that they've "built" their own range?

(And by built I mean they piled up an insufficient amount of dirt ON THEIR FENCELINE and stuck a target in front of it.)
