what are the full legal ramifications of ethan ralph allowing null to fuck him up the ass like this? if someone else were to make ralph clips with perhaps less justifiable transformation of that content could one cite this incident as precedent for ralph agreeing his content being used in this manner isnt legally contestable? did ralphs short term fucked piggy retard brain help to ruin any defense of future copyright issues?

It would be extremely out of character for Ralph to snake Rekieta without first receiving some sort of perceived slight, and Rekieta always offers those "I have nothing against ralph" caveats that soothe Ralph's southern honor.

At which point does a notorious false flagger like Ralph lose any protection the "do not false flag/flag in general" ethos bestows on most people in "this" corner of the internet ? The only valid reason I see for not starting to flag Ethan is that I prefer a Ethan who can barely stay above the abject poverty line and thus can create more prime wigger content.
Ethan should be aware that it takes just minimal effort from a few dedicated autists to get him kicked off Patreon and any remaining streaming website he has and that nobody would be outraged about it but the people who want to continue to laugh at his descent.

I worry though. Copyright lawsuits are notoriously expensive. Jersh is slowly transitioning into a Europoor. I hope he has the finances to maintain a defense long enough to get a return on all the money spent.

Maybe this is just me being a retard but doesnt Ralph need to show that the content has some inherit value?
Lets face it Patreon is an ewelfare plattform and paypigges arent there to hear extra shows where ralphs eating or gators views on anime, they are there to support Ralph the person and the killstream. I would argue that 12 minutes of audio that was the copyrighted kantent has no actually monetary value.
