...and Boeing are heavily pulling out. They're (apparently) selling their 215 acre HQ in Renton. They've cut about 12,600 jobs so far in Washington, moving quite a few out of state to like South Carolina (?). Credit scoring in Seattle has been banned in Washington for 3 years, meaning any retard can go out and get a loan for anything. Washington also want (need) to implement a capitol gains tax. It keeps being redrafted, I've given up following it. There's a lot more nonsense going there than just crackheads shitting in the water supply (they are doing that).

Hey, now. Phil COULD do all those things, he's just too busy and doesn't want to spend hundreds of hours in a single game. It's always just time investment that stops Phil from playing at the high level.
I'd say never. Last year he had a repairman come in to fix something (I want to say that it was his internet but I don't remember exactly). Sure he had his parents come over, but his dad was just fixing shit and he had them stay at a hotel.
