My guess? Georgia is overwhelmingly Republican barring Atlanta, while Colorado, despite its higher overall voter security, is overwhelmingly Democrat. The Democrats basically don't even need to "cheat" in Colorado to reliably claim that state in every election, but needed to in Georgia as seen with both the 2020 presidential and senate runoff.

It probably has something to do with their awful human rights record putting the West off. Genocide of the Circassians, Holodomor, cluster bombing Chechnyans, really anything to do with Chechnya.
