A name I thought I'd never see here... I like hardcore techno(hardcore, speedcore, breakcore...) in general, I thought we'd never get milk from hardcore techno circles... Well, lolicore circles are kinda cringy, but the amount of milk is not worth a thread, for me at least.

Damn I liked Hotline Spikes. I mean all he did was mash up two tracks so I never gave the artist of the track any real credit and just took it as a meme upload. Jesus christ who would have thought there was such a shitty rabbit hole to it.

Now the track is ruined, wont be able to listen to it without thinking of this crap. Damn shame.

I've always enjoyed Venetian Snares' purposefully deranged albums in a tongue in cheek fashion, because the aesthetic matched the intensity of the music.

This shitshow is making me question those albums a lot more, especially since I've always found the commissioning of Trevor Brown's depraved art to be a bit much. It's way too raw and real for the true crime pop culture references spattered throughout Doll Doll Doll and Find Candace, almost like Aaron had no concept of how horrifying the topics he discussed really were. By Meathole, Aaron had stopped commissioning Trevor Brown's art for his darkest records, so I hoped it was a just a phase.

I stopped following a lot of breakcore artists because of things like this. Seems like the hyper spastic and aggressive genre is attracting a lot of Joker wannabe deviants. I mean, just look at the catalog of breakcore artists out there. Goreshit is considered normal when half of his music is lolicore. Igorrr seems to be the only person out of the lot who seems to be an average human being (pretty poetic considering he's French).

In regards to the current twitter account with slvts handle. I am pretty sure someone is just holding onto the name until slvt comes back. I don't know how they joined in 2019 if that is the case though.

Since I'm pretty deep in the IDM scene, I think I know how this all happened.

Around the time of Draining Love Story's release, his song "Mr. Kill Myself" got picked up by the YouTube algorithm. I remember constantly getting recommended that song and the WLFGRL album by Machine Girl (which is an absolute banger made by someone who isn't a fucking sexpest, and has explicitly stated he isn't trans despite his feminine music) around that time.

I'd imagine that the aesthetic and quality of production for Draining Love Story & Mr. Kill Myself led to every degenerate in /mu/ sucking slvt's tiny dick hardcore.

Yeah i remember getting alot of the same stuff in my recommended at the time, I think tik tok also helped his channel grow.

tbh i quite like some breakcore, but some people in that scene are vile.

Most of the time I don't even really care if someone is a tranny unless they have a history of being a weird fag like sewerslvt.
