Already has happened. Not to PL too much but my friend works at Amazon as a dev and has a reddit account where he says controversial shit. Someone found out somehow and he was called into HR to get grilled. They had no evidence it was really him but he was a razors edge from getting fired and his scheduled promotion was delayed.

He deserves termination over that alone. I'll leave you to decide what kind of termination.

The incentive is that every other platform is garbage, twitch's own platform is garbage too and has a vast array of technical issues but other sites somehow manage to be worse.
