I do not understand how somehow society has decided that it’s peak women’s liberation to sell your body for the pleasure of men, cripple your career and relationship prospects, and make yourself a magnet for harassment, all so that a tech startup bro can get rich on your margins.

All while promoting a systems that socializes men to view women exclusively as sex objects.

My understanding of it is they pay specific wahmen because it's more "intimate" to give money directly?? and they get individual messages back, which makes their brains light up with joy despite the fact the same girl is probably sitting on the toilet, disinterestedly sending out identical messages to hundreds of men.

yeah, socializing women to think that being a whore is a good thing in turn socializes men to think that women are whores and that women see nothing wrong with being whores, which essentially kills any hope there might have been for men to ever see women in a positive light at all, let alone respect them.
