It's a wonder the nigger dog of peace didn't die. A horse has an extremely strong kick, and that looks like a Clydesdale which is a particularly strong breed.

I could believe that it's dead based on how still and limp it is... she would've had to make it unconscious somehow if it were staged. When you're picking up and interacting with a snake, it tends to move around a lot, unless it's just sitting and enjoying your warm-blooded warmth. Though, at around 15 seconds it looks like its head moves a little bit, so it could very well be alive.

That, or it's just still very sick. My knowledge falls more mammalian, but I do know that a sick snake just kind of lies there- not eating, not reacting. It's how you know they're sick and you need a vet.
