Points of interest:

1. (YardSale7) Tommy Oliver bought the Xbox version of Metal Arms: Glitch in the System (Ebay price range: $13-$33) and We Love Katamari (Ebay price range: $17-$30) .
2. (YardSale9) Someone bought what appears to be two vintage HP devices, their chargers, and a mangaka (manga artist) artbook and will probably flip them all (minus the shirt... pants? sweater?).
3. As others have said, some of these are expensive collector items and some were even acquired at cons.
4. Digi's followers are very supportive of the yard sale.
5. (YardSaleRiley) The yard sale items can be shipped.

Even if time was of the essence and the yard sale was the only way, the fact that Digi manage to sell off a good portion of his collection in just one day and have it be supported by his devotees on Twitter means that he could've made far more money had he just sold his goods at their resale value, or, at the very least, half of that.
He somehow still has a cult of personality and to cult members, they're willing to pay any price, no matter how high, for their idol's possessions. Even for people not of the cult, I doubt they would've minded paying ten to thirty dollars (maybe even forty) for what is obviously vintage media by 2020s standards. And if the deadline for the eviction's approaching just slash prices to increase demand.
So once again, Riley's galaxy brain business acumen shows how boundless it truly is.

The funny about this episode for me is that I once sold my unneeded possessions online too including luxury brand-name clothes, high-end computer parts, vintage video games and consoles (mostly PS1 and Sega Megadrive), and CD music albums from the 90s and 2000s. 'Didn't really pan out in my country since buying second-hand goods is not a common practice here, but I had more luck on Ebay. I remember spending three days researching the price of every item I had, calculating their resale value, cleaning them, and taking aesthetically pleasing photos of them for their listings. I put in all that hard work because I actually gave a shit about the value of my items and wanted to maximize my profit as much as I possibly could.
To see Digi sell off all his once prized possessions for pennies on the dollar, when some of these items could probably fetch around a hundred dollars in auctions on ebay, is both funny and pathetic. It just speaks of the kind of man Digi's become when he places so little value on his past.

Fucking hell, just to see that 4.2 million view count for "How to Recognize a Terrible Anime (in just one episode)" is excruciating; 2016 wasn't that long ago in my own chronology. Riley likely forced Conrad to unprivate those successful videos to get more revenue from his main channel, but how can Conrad not see that a fat midget "executive producer" LARPer like Riley, who couldn't even give his employer, Dick Masterson, easy content by appearing on the Dick Show to confront Ethan Ralph, could never manage anyone to gain similar fame ever?

To be fair, he bought most of that stuff when he was much younger (pre-2012).
In the later years of his career, I remember Conrad saying in a few of his After Dark vlogs that he had grown discontent with all the crap he had collected because it no longer meant much to him. Specifically media like DVDs and Blu-Rays.

I recall him, perhaps from an After Dark rant, saying he loathed Blu-Ray as a technology for being too slow, hard to get a BD-ROM drive working well with software and ran hot temperatures when playing. Blu-rays, especially expensive Japanese imports, are used by weebs to have a physical copy and support the studio(s) behind their favourite anime. As someone who recently sold Blu-Rays of their own (Western media ones local to my region), I was surprised to find purchasers willing to buy Blu-Rays, including P&P, that they could have got easily got a bit cheaper from Amazon. If Conrad parts with any import Japanese Blu-Rays for pennies, then that could be his biggest loss financially from the yard sale, even if he doesn't care for the technology to begin with.

Yeah, still very mysterious with this whole RV thing. We just have random facts and many tidbits but nothing concrete.

- Digi & bunch could never afford an RV on their own (15k$ minimum for used, utter trash, more realistically 30k$ for a decent starter)

- Their credit is equally miserable, most likely no one sane would agree to make a payment plan with them

- Digi makes a video on how he can't make rent and has no cash almost, yet flies to Cali to visit his parents but also visits Dick's show

- Digi's parents are somewhat ok financially, but I don't see them financing such a thing for their son

- Riley during a stream gloats about the idea of getting an RV to become mobile artists

- Out of the whole peer group of Digi, the one, with most likely the most amount of cash to burn on such a lunacy would be Dick Masterson

- During the Gunt home invasion video, a part where Gunt yells something about "a deal with Dick Masterson" gets censored by Digi

- A user named Stacy on reddit or discord(?sorry, can't remember the name/circumstance) talks about a big Dick Masterson project, involving an RV with livestreaming and many online personalities/lolcows, such as Destiny, Vaush, Nick Fuentes, Gunt, Digibro etc.

- Destiny, upon watching the Gunt home invasion video gets somewhat upset, tells, in regards of the RV - "he might be involved in that and doesn't know what he is allowed to say"

Edit: Just to clarify, his patreon earnings haven't actually reached $700 yet. I just photoshopped the image because I thought it would be hilarious to use a clip of Digi and May's making fun of Spoony's patreon death spiral for Digi's own, hence "$700".

The audio is from the second part of this little-known Let's Play that Digi and May did at the start of their relationship (Here's part one where he talks about the Nostalgia Critic's downfall). The audio in question is in reference to TheSpoonyOne whose behavior Digi would later emulate. I highly recommend everyone watch both parts since they demonstrate how Digi used to be keenly aware of career-ending self-destructive behavior back when he had more business sense and common sense and also to show how far he's fallen since becoming his own antithesis. At the end of part two he even says he thought he was in danger of his Discord turning into a hugbox.

I had a buddy i ve helped out more than once and things made alot more sense. once I realized part of his mentally. If you or I were physically dependent on a chemical we would most likely have plans to have a good supply of that chemical, and keep it safe. But when you on drugs only now exists fuck later I m high right now.

My buddy I realized would only buy enough tweak to get fucked over the weekend. While fucked up he would just throw his money in the street.

Then monday rolls around and he is fucked. He also kept friends with other users and I assume they barrow from eachother.
