And then you get into this conspiracy that everyone is supposed ensnaring him in and well...I wish there was something to go on to report this.

This guy is really losing his shit. A while back, he said he was getting therapy. So much for that, I guess.

I actually sympathized with him about being forced by sped teachers to watch shows meant for young children while in high school. Infantilization of disabled people is a pretty serious issue, and is super insulting and degrading to endure.

That said, the problem isn't the show itself but with the special ed system and the way special ed teachers are trained. If he redirected that rage to fight against ableism (yes, its actually a real thing and not just something tumblr made up) he could possibly be an okay activist.

But I suppose that's too hard or w/e so he wastes his time sperging out about shows aimed at toddlers on 4chan.

I can certainly sympathize to some extent. If you ever watched Barney for longer than 10 seconds, you can literally feel it sucking out your brain. The Teletubbies is also somewhat similar, in the wtf am I even watching sense.

But he's kind of taken it to excess.

Back on topic, if he was going to a sped school what that means is that he probably got shipped off to an alternative school, which is basically just a daycare center for problem kids. They kids are legitimately treated horribly in those places, however direct his anger at Barney instead of the school/teachers is like a black person in the 60's being angry at fire hoses instead of the racists who sprayed people with them.
