Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

Biden's new executive orders for gun control is against the Second admendment. Because it gives police power to just waltz into people homes without a warrent to seize guns away from people the government deems "unfit."
Obama's executive order that was DACA is unconstitutional but we still have it even though it's been agreed upon that it's unconstitutional (I believe that Obummer even stated the same thing after he signed it). The constitution of the united states is only LAW when it's convenient and the Democrats have been trying to burn it for decades.

Law only exists where there is the will to enforce it.

As far as I know, the orders are not signed. Yet.

The nomination of David 'Waco Barbeque' Chipman for head of the ATF is amazingly ... I want to say tone-deaf but we all know these fuckers don't care. But it doesn't say good things.

Biden's handlers are also eager to nip any future SCOTUS interference in the bud, particularly after SCOTUS slapped down California in Tandon vs Newsom.

Translation: we're tired of you dirty conservatives fucking with us, so we're going to win where FDR got fucked hard.

We'll see how it goes for them. Remember that the US government is so stupid and incompetent that they couldn't even destroy al-Queda or the Taliban or anyone else.

There is that.

A year or two ago I was still concerned about how police might 'just follow orders' with this sort of thing. Now I'm not so sure, because the Dems and the left have really, REALLY burned some bridges with cops. You can't collect your pension if you get fired because a dindu died, after all.

The military? Biden's handlers are hell bent on pushing out anyone who isn't properly woke and they're all in on critical race theory for the armed forces, not so much on actual training and equipment. And as I like to point out, if you push out Lieutenant Goodfellow or Sergeant Straightlace, they don't just vanish. They could pop up training some of those 'evil insurrectionist' types the left likes to rail about.

Apparently, this all stems from Trump populists and a rising DeSantis-wing of populists on the Right are tarding out over their favorite Floridan Men to run in '24. Do we have a new thread on the horizon? Thoughts and prayers?

DACA is constitutional grey area. The President has the authority to enforce immigration policy within the confines of laws made by congress. That is, congress never passed a law that said explicitly "You can't suspend deportation for a group of people who were juveniles" and per legal precedent for the most you can't charge an adult with crimes committed by juveniles/juvenile records are expunged in nearly all non-violent crime.

The problem with DACA retroactively occurred when the courts prevented Trump from repealing it; either the president can set immigration policy without congressional/judicial mandate or he can't.

So more riots erupted in the cesspool that is Minneapolis. And the left wonders why gun sales has gone up in the last year? It's because of shit like this. You can't win against anarchy by talking. To get rid of anarchy you have to get rid of them. Which is what Trump wanted but the Democrats refused. So because of the negligence of the Democratic party we're just going to have mode violence.

At some point the media thought that emulating the Harry Potter-verse by giving a scary title to a badwrong man title wasn't infantilizing. This is the same group that spent the last 5 years doing nothing BUT screaming about him. Stupidly hypocritical. You made this your job, Stevie. Lay in the bed you've made.

The venn diagram between Trump supporter and DeSantis supporter is one fucking circle, anyone trying to be one but not the other is a grifter or a Lez Cheney/Adam Kinzinger GOP glowie.
There are some supporters of the latter who are literally living under the administration of President Biden, can literally see the man himself move and act, and think that "voter/election fraud" is the Biggest Lie™ ever from Trump, and they "won't be fooled again" from Orange Man. Too bad the former president and governor are good pals.

"No fraud btw, but all we need to do to win '24 is to build divisiveness in the group and win back muh 5%. Forget the inroads we made with others who listened, we can take back the suburbs! This is what winning looks like!"

Stallone's in his Seventies and has fuck off money, why the hell should he care if Ho(es)llywood's Mad?
Well, most people know that Stallone is very conservative in his politics. So it shouldn't have come to be a surprise to people. But these are the same people who are still complaining about Trump fucking Biden up.
