I mean I always thought this. This new Nicolas guy sounded fishy from the start. She never showed any proof that this guy even existed. I think someone earlier in the thread was able to pinpoint her location on that night she was supposedly kissed in the car and found that there were no homes or apartments nearby. It is also funny how she hypes this guy up all week, saying she is going on dates for multiple days then it just never happens. She tried to stir up some romance drama of being ghosted or whatever.

I think Chantal is histrionic and I think ALR is a covert narcissist.

They're both shitty people, especially Chantal who is just...openly and blatantly a garbage human being, but I don't see malignant narcissism there. I don't see any true dark triad shit going on, no actual sadism, no major Machiavellianism. Chantal certainly gets angry but she doesn't display explosive aggression or violence, at least not that we can see (and she's not great at hiding anything from anyone). I don't think either of them has an extensive criminal record.

Malignant narcissists are so bad that they're almost indistinguishable from psychopaths. You see malignant narcissism in serial killers, mass murderers, rapists, etc. It's strongly associated with violence and cruelty. Patrick Bateman caliber shit.

You may have just been using "malignant narcissists" as a turn of phrase here but I really like thinking about what disorders might be influencing these people to behave the way they do, so I thought I'd throw my opinion in. I've thought about narcissism for both Chantal and ALR and although I think regular or covert narcissism could be applicable to both of them, *malignant* narcissism is way too extreme imo.

Malignant narcissism is beyond the realm of "annoying deathfat lolcow on youtube". It's "I vivisected kittens as a child". It's the stuff of serial killers.

There's been a couple of people with fake accounts pretending to be her mods and saying that they were unmodded somehow. Chinny then mods them - lo and behold a troll is now a mod. She has now learnt from that mistake - she modded Frank the other night and had sent him a codeword via private message for him to post in the chat to know she was modding the legit Frank.
