You make it sound like police misconduct against White people is a non-issue because "it's a non-issue."
It is an issue that needs to be addressed by improvements at policy and training levels*, not by knee-jerk reactions to fire and execute any officer that ventilates a drugged up robber-rapist in the midst of a crime spree.
White people usually also recognize the agency of the person that got ventilated and aren't as likely to treat them as an idiot child incapable of following the rules of society.
*For example, no-knock raids are bullshit and a horrible idea 99% of the time, but that is a policy issue and not the fault of any individual officer.
