I wish I could laugh at this guilt-free, but then you realize that people like this are only 16 years old, which is still just a child. my generation grew up with the first forays into socializing online and it really is crazy just how different the online culture has changed in the last 10-15 years. going from being advised to absolutely NOT share any personal information (I remember in the beginning thinking I was going to get murdered if I told people the state I lived in) to people listing their "carrds", which literally detail super personal and intimate information, for every person to see in a very public setting is quite terrifying.
it seems no one is teaching these children basic online security; I follow a lot of artists on twitter and they occasionally make posts reminding their minor audience not to befriend or interact with adult creeps that prey on this new phenomena of kids oversharing personal information online, especially listing things like triggers which can be used against them to potentially harm them.
this isn't to say that my generation didn't have it's fair share of cringey people online (which, to be honest, is just what happens when you're a teenager), but compared to today's generation, where it almost seems the trend to appear as infantile, weak and dependent as humanly possible, it really is concerning to see how this generation transitions into early adulthood and beyond while being terminally online throughout their formative years.

reading the comments against this is just staggering. it's mainly a lot of "the effects of puberty blockers/HRT aren't permanent! once you stop taking them, the effects go away!" and it's nuts just how out of touch these people are with reality in order to keep the troon pipedream alive.
by principle, blocking puberty, which naturally causes permanent physical changes to the body, is also causing permanent physical changes to the body, and one that you're depriving your body of naturally doing on its own and thereafter relying on medicinal intervention for the rest of your life.

Honestly, it shows their existence is a farce, because anything that is not validation shatters their sense of identity, which usually only happens when your identity is something you're not. Like that one article written that was "Am I still queer if no one is watching?" basically proves my point. It's all make believe that devolves into distorting their reality, and at their core, they know it's pure fantasy and magical thinking, but if they can get people to tell them, "I believe you and yes, you are a real woman/man" then they can continue to live in their fantasy. This explains why reminders of their sex sends them spiraling into a panic, depressed mindset. Because that means their fantasy is not real, will never be real, and without others playing into it, they are forced to confront reality and realize the fantasy was make believe all along.

Though I do find some HSTS sympathetic, at the same time, it was allowing them into women's spaces that created this whole mess. The definition of gender dysphoria has become so muddled and vague, that you really can't separate "true trans" and "fake trans" anymore, and even those who consider themselves truscum still use a "fake trans" pronouns, lest they actually be a "true trans". Even Blair White and Rose of Dawn (and I do like Rose's videos a lot), refuse to say out loud, you aren't trans, despite that's clearly how they view the person. Blair even did this shit for Riley J Dennis once he went on hormones, and Blair apologized for "misgendering" him. "Oh, only true trans goes on hormones!" No you fucking dumbass, AGPs actively want to get on hormones, so they can grow boobies and pretend their body becomes more feminine because of it.

I used to be extremely sympathetic to the HSTS, primarily because I knew one when I was younger, and he passed reasonably well. But my sympathy has vanished, due to them not calling out a fucking obvious case of someone pretending or using the trans label to get away with their behavior. Oh sure, you get spotlight on them, but I don't see you calling Jonathon Yaniv a man that is a sexual predator and pest who is clearly using the trans label to shield his sick behaviors. I don't see Blair calling out Riley J Dennis for being a gross pervert who thinks that sex is owed to him because of his transgender status, and is clearly a straight male targeting lesbians.

Maybe I'm just callous in this regard, but I have no trust in any tranny. Study any of them long enough, and all of them, HSTS and AGP, show the same behaviors and thought patterns. All of them clearly think they are superior to women in some way or another, whether they blatantly say this or subtly.

I've been saying this for a while, HSTS are loaded with issues. Eh you'd be surprised. I've spent thousands on haircare, shit you wouldn't ordinarily know unless you needed to. Satin pillow case to be extra delicate. Microfiber hair drying cloth. Salon products only. Don't shampoo over once a week. Never use heat. Leave in conditioners. Salon treatments. My hair still looks like frizzy shit regardless. It's bad genetics and males have it more often, however, modst don't notice because they keep their hair so short, and women with it do exist, particularly Jewish ones, who either wear wigs or go crazy with gel and spray to cover it.

People, with good genetics can bleach their hair near white and blow dry and flat iron it daily and it still looks perfectly healthy.

I think it's in part due to the rise of social media websites like facebook, more people getting internet access, and just how prevalent smartphones have become. Social media sites started getting based entirely around documenting your life and spreading information, better access to the web means more adults that don't seem to know any better, and smartphones given to kids means entirely unsupervised internet usage.
That's my guess as to why kids seem to share so much info online nowadays. As well as probably ignoring or not paying attention to internet safety that they'd be taught in school.
