I would imagine he is at best a casual player, and not that good at the game. He strikes me as one of those people who think they are good because they have nice cards that are pretty rare despite lacking any skill to use them. I wont deny that he does enjoy playing Magic, hes just not that good and compensates that with buying a shit ton of cards and playing more into the collecting (showing off) than anything else. He loves to flex so hard cause his life is so pathetic, hes fat, in pain and has no frequent human to human contact.

His whole defence immediately following the Tesla backlash was that he hadn't actually bought a Tesla, just taken one for a test drive and put down a deposit. But that when he got home he realised that he couldn't finance it.

This is one of the things I find most interesting about Boogie. The man lies so much that you have to wonder how pathological it is, how aware of it he is. He does it to the point where any normal liar would think "whoa I should slow down" but he never does. So he must either believe the shit he says because he is mentally ill (I tend to lean towards this) or he's some kind of sociopathic freak person with no regard for anyone around him who manipulates and lies in nearly every situation without any sense of remorse like Brianna Wu or Zoe Quinn.
I personally think it falls somewhere between the two. On some level he does believe what he says, given his reaction to constantly lash out when challenged on any of his lies. However he also has little regard for anyone around him outside of what the person in question can provide him with. He doesn't form bonds or relationships with people because he cares about them, but rather what they can give him. Chad, his supposed best friend, is most often mentioned as his "personal assistant" and rarely as his friend. His relationship with his sugar babies is also about what they provide Boogie with (sex) and not any actual romantic feelings. I wouldn't go so far as to say Boogie is fully sociopathic, but he definitely has some sociopathic tendencies, that should be disturbing to most normal people that come in contact with him.

Here we are again with him flexing about being rich because people were laughing that he couldnt afford a car. So he buys a car, but he keeps humble to look decent (and honestly cant afford a Tesla). Now hes fucking bragging about how he could own so many cars cause hes rich. This is gonna backfire on him as usual. Of course hes just gonna lie and say "its all a joke, dont you understand rofl?"
Clearly the solution is to keep laughing at him till he buys even more cars and drives himself to bankruptcy
