If they were in West Memphis, Arkansas, the age of consent is 16, so it shouldn't have been illegal.

As far as the porn videos - that might fall under Federal jurisdiction (and I believe it's illegal under Federal law to produce or electronically distribute porn of anyone who is under 18 - regardless of what the age of consent is under state law).

So whatever he holds probably has been impressed onto Faith. Of course, unless his stance has changed since my last browsing months back.
