These jokes are really strange. Typically if someone is being satirical or poking fun at something they exaggerate and over-perform the role. That's one way to overly portray and show the underlying message. The other is shock, which is usually when CP is used as a punch-line or something. In both of those situations the wink is given to the audience.

Mr.Girl's stuff doesn't really do that. Maybe that's his brand of comedy, but it's riding the razor thin line.
