TGWTG Nostalgia Chick / Lindsay Ellis / TheDudette - aka Hotdogs in face girl

Couldn't happen to a better person. This stupid fucker joined to cancel JKR and pretty much thought she had the authority to destroy her because she also wrote some book.

I'm not watching her whole long ass video, but for some clips I've seen, I can say I've never seen someone being hit by both the wall and karma so quick and at the same time.

"I'm a white woman from Tennessee, my family is mostly uneducated white trash."

Wow, not a hint of reservation or hesitation. If I were her dad I would've disowned her for that.

That is the root of the problem, isn't? Or at least, HER problems. She hates her origin, she hates being a common white American girl, she wishes to be some exotic beauty who's odd and interesting. She's basically Kanadajin, except Kanadajin rather moved out and didn't become progressive. Lindsay calls her family uneducated not because they are, but because they aren't "educated" in the woke shit she believes makes her smart. I am sure that many other women of her uneducated family now are way happier than this bitch.

Watch "Drag me to Hell", it's a fun movie. The protagonist is exactly the same as her: former fat girl raised by white middle America family. She did everything to escape that and she still ended up very fucked by her own decisions.

That ending shot, lmao.
Who does she think she is, a slasher villain in a cliffhanger ending? :story:

Either that or she was eyeing the last bottle of wine on her table.
That's the face of someone who doesn't believe one single bit of her own bullshit.

I will admit that her rape experience took the wind out of my sails but none of that impacts the things I said until then. Lindsay is still a shitty person who spitefully supported the canceling of other people and helped to foster cancel culture in general. She's still a shitty person, just a tragic shitty person.
I feel the same amount of sympathy for her as she does for the women sexually harassed/assaulted by troons in women’s bathrooms and women’s rape shelters.

Alot of these "I was raped" lefty types are usually referring to scenarios like that. Its gross and disgusting.

Have you ever talked to a real rape victim or someone who suffered through an attempted rape? Funny thing is, they don't like to talk about it all that much and feel legitimately traumatized by the experience.

Using your bad choices from your youth as a way to gain pity points and put yourself on the same level of women who were actually victimized is disgusting.

I apply the "Did you actually see combat?" metric: If someone is at the bar in full moto talking about all the shit they did in Iraq, they were a fobbit who at most got to do a few convoys outside the wire and feel they are tough shit.

Most guys who actually saw real shit don't want to talk about it, or if they do, only talk about it with someone else who was also in the shit and understands. They don't want that to be their defining trait every time they meet those people again.

What I find loathsome about all this is that Ellis purposefully crafted her response to shift blame onto acceptable targets and/or subordinates, like Cobra Commander shrieking after a humiliation. There isn't anything the least bit genuine about it, other than an earnest desire for profit and power.

Didn't work in that case since there's plenty of people that saw through her bullshit. Not just us, but I find it more pathetic she went out of her to try and play the Chessmaster with this video. And instead came off as the drunk mother that threw the entire sink at them, expecting no retaliation.

I'm in the camp that is frustrated with what a squandered opportunity this was. Every one who has pointed out that it would have been more beneficial to hide for a little while and let it die down before she continued her career is absolutely right and she even acknowledges that in the video. But as someone who has participated/experienced both sides of each extreme, she should have a really compelling and holistic perspective of how these things operate. How cool is it that she's going to actually address it? Right? No.

She gets so excruciatingly close to the core of understanding purity chasing and parasocial relationships, so close, there's like a piece of cellophane between her and that awareness. But instead of breaking through, she flings back and ends up in a place that is worse than before. The fact that she is critical of "bad faith arguments" while implying that criticism of her is fueled by Nazi's in the same breath shows that she wants to diatribe against virtuous dogpiling while still retaining her do participate in it in the future. Bad form.

Does this chick always have her mouth hanging open like that or did she just choose to do that for both pictures of her in this thumbnail?
Given she had to make a two hour video to address one bad take on Twitter, I think it's safer to say there just aren't many frames for her to choose from where her horse lips are actually closed for a second.
