I'm assuming by agreement if he means lease. If it's solely Peetz's name on it, he could evict her, but she's been there so long, she has some amount of tenant rights, I'd imagine. If it's a joint lease, they're pretty much locked in until the lease ends, barring someone turning into a complete psychopath and rubbing shit all over the walls and dismembering an animal or something.

I cannot fucking believe how much of a pussy Peetz is. Real ass friends would sit down with another and hash this shit out, coming up with some kind of schedule so they could both be happy and utilize their living space in a way that makes them both happy.
