I've been saying it for some time now but I'll repeat it again.
Most SJWs and lolcows are into communism for two reasons:
Being edgy.
Because of the false promise of equality.
From what I've read and heard from these people, they still think communism or socialism is the answer to their general inability to blend in because they believe that, if the state considers everyone the same, regardless of their status, gender, etc, then they will be automaticlly accepted by everyone else and won't be judged by their status or ideas. Worse yet, they truly believe that communism won't be a hive of corrupt oficials and government hypocrites, that simply couldn't ever happen, I mean, it's not like we're talking about the soviet union eh comrades?.
Thing is, communism is more about "work for the sake of the mother land or you're going to the gulag" rather than "we the proletariat are the real heroes". Which makes me think the lolcows don't even realize that in a communist state, you won't be able to be the sloth or keyboard warrior they currently are because the state requires you to be actually productive or be prosecuted for failing to the mother land.
Oh well, just for shit and giggles: I also noticed that most of the people who talk so highly about communism\socialism are kids who grew up in countries and families with absolutely no ties whatsoever to past or present communism or socialist countries, so they lack perspective from reality or at least a grandparent telling them how harsh the situation was back then.
