Vic was not proven guilty oh my fuck you people are so dumb. A case being dismissed because the judge didn’t want to hear any arguments from Vic OR Marchi/Ron/Monica/Funimation so he dismissed it all outright is not proven guilty. Seriously fuck Chupp and his laziness because we have to deal with morons who can’t rub brain cells together.

They used to dub most the shows they put up, and now, only dub a few shows, and they have been doing them sporadically. Above and beyond my ass.
Besides, it is their job... should i praise them for doing what makes them money?

KickVic has won the initial stage. Chupp dismissing all charges emboldened them to act without fear of consequence. The COVID-19 Pandemic had caused a brief cold war as conventions were shut down, but that seems to be thawing out and KickVic has resumed brigading any event that hosts Vic as a guest.
The Texas Second Court of Appeals has not issued a ruling yet, so the ultimate fate case remains to be seen.
While Vic has not had a role since February 2019, he still get invites to events and gets commissioned for projects.
Most of those who were heavily involved Weeb Wars in 2019 have largely moved on, save for the zealots and clout chasers (usually one in the same). And @Ron Toye.

Happy 2 year Anniversary Everybody! This tool thinks Vic could've been rehired by Funimation even though his co-worker said he tried to rape her. 🤷‍♂️ There's another in the comments who thinks everything would've been fine if he had kept quiet for two months.

Chupp made barely any factual findings (except that Ron Toye is an agent of Funimation so that is proven fact apparently). A dismissal under TCPA is not a finding of fact, but goes to the sufficiency of the complaint. Of course we all know this already, even the dumbest motherfucker here knows this, but not one of these morons does.
