I think he wants a never ending stream of positive attention, look at him in Phil's chat, he can get Phil to reply without tipping. Somewhere deep in his mind, he knows that he has something no one else has. One could make a very obvious point about his parents.
What's funny is that, for all his faults, if Derich didn't use his real name, I don't think he would ever be on the radar. Derich wasn't in chat trying to dab on the trolls or calling people north american apes, he's literally just a "positive viewer" that doesn't bring up drama. When he learned about people watching him to troll him, he blocked them and only brought them up when Jackie sperged out about it. If Derich just called himself "TSMLemur" or something, he would just be some guy that really likes porn.

I think the endgame is to just get recognition from them since he's been doing shoutouts since forever. Though it's not posted here, he's still shouting out wrestlers and e-sports players on his coom twitter account. But my theory is that because he's discovered that porn makes his peepee go hard, he's just added to giving them shoutouts as well but focusing mainly on that. Like, we know that he'll ask Phil the same question in chat until Phil responds to him or someone cheers Phil letting him know that lil old Derich is trying to get his attention.
