The fact that she had to "beeze" and reward herself for losing alleged weight she didn't intend to or put any effort in says it all and what her long term outcome is going to be. I'll give her credit for walking but she was almost immobile so there was nowhere to go but up. She went from almost having a heart attack by walking to the fridge to walking less than a geriatric patient that's at their end. Let's not forget she's not even 40.

Let's not get ahead and shower her with praise as she's impulsive and this phase will pass like every other one before it. She's still doing these things for all the wrong reasons. Today the reason is lovers and wild sex while last time was a trip to Jamaica with her aunt. It's always some vanity stuff and never for her own health. It won't be long until she's back to her little kitchen island.
