Don't worry they're probably talking about the Chuppening.
Don't forget that Chupp was hardly the only incompetent involved in this case. Over the course of this lawsuit pretty much everyone has fucked up significantly - on top of the Chuppening we've got Lemon's bloated heaps of trash filings and powerpoints, Ty's sloppy formatting and submissions, and even Marchi's lawyer had that weird sidetrack with the changes in law he wanted to propose that basically had nothing to do with the case.

If law schools are using this lawsuit as an example of what not to do it's extremely likely that it would be in terms of the failures in procedure and etiquette, not in whether or not the case itself has any merit. And that's all on the assumption that a person on Twitter is telling the truth, which is already a shaky assumption to make.

X to doubt on this one seeing as there are much better -and entertaining- cases to add to the discussion in law school. The only people who care about this are the people involved and weebs (plus any stragglers that enjoy ruining a person's life). It's a legit nothing of a case, divorce court has more shit flinging than this.

That's actually a prime exemple of KV circular bullshit thinking:
The lawsuit used as an exemple of what not to do was from KV when they were shitting on Ty, it was "Lol, Ty is so bad that this case will be used as a don't in law school".
Months later, other morons from KV like this dude now think this "dunk" on Ty is actually fact, and use it as an argument... Facepalm...

If we were that stupid, we would currently be claiming that Ron is a convincted pedophile. I guess we're not dumb enough to mistook our own shitposts for arguments.
We don't need to, tho, cause Ron is already a court documented abuser, twice, Emmit is a screencaped sexual harasser, Manjaw is a videotaped teen molester, etc
...

I got Digimon Kizuna (Last Evolution) as a present today, and I saw it has a little "Remembering 20 Years of Digimon" special interview with Joshua Seth and Tom Fahn, which is real neat since they gave their backstories to when they first went to the audition and saw only pictures of these characters and a few lines, unsure of what their Japanese voices and personalities are like. Tom would describe Japanese Agumon as Danny DeVito (*dead*), but he said the moment he saw this cute yellow dinosaur, he immediately thought he was a sweet little guy and knew exactly what voice to give him. Josh positioned himself in the same fighting stance as Tai in the image he saw and just tweaked his natural speaking voice a bit, and just animated himself with his whole body--which he's continued to do every time he voiced Tai. You can tell as they're talking about it that they really love their job and these characters, and how it was an honor to be able to grow up with them and see them off. And there's a cute Tom trivia where he mentions he often habitually closes his eyes during recording, which has always helped him nail the emotions.

Since this was recorded last year, it's just them in a rather spacious room with the mic and TV in front of them (they read scripts on iPads now, Josh joked about it as an elderly Tai going "back in my day, we read off of papyrus") with whoever is recording the segment(s), and the ADR director on the other side of the glass. It's rather lonely-looking, think in a normal setting, there could've been a few more of the voice-actors (or just more staff, really) sitting on the other side of the glass watching their co-worker do his lines. But well, that's not what matters. What does matter is how they willingly ask to redo a line another time or two because they cared about getting the emotion right, though they do at least three different line-reads of the same sentence or word every single take. There was even a time (whether just the one time or more that we haven't seen) where Josh thought a particular line in the script had a strange line-read to it, so he tweaked it to make more sense which they've kept. Tom kinda did this, too, but he said the little sounds of surprise and confusion and such were what get to him more since they have to be precise.

Watching both of them ask to redo the line or just do it on impulse reminded me of Vic, because he does the exact same thing, but he tends to do a lot more recordings because he cares that much about getting it right. And this is what got people at FUNimation to hate working with him. Never mind that this is actually what a voice-actor is supposed to do, nah, Vic is trying to do a tenth reading of the same single word over and over again because it doesn't "sound" right to him, what a fucking asshole.

Also Tom and Josh are too good for this world, and I can't imagine what the vultures in the industry think of them behind their backs (though I like to imagine everyone else outside of the Texas scene respects or are actually good friends with each other). Vic was a special case, but apparently being a humble voice-actor is grounds for persecution and conspiracy.

It's complete and utter bullshit. Almost all law school classes are about case law and precedent, from appeals courts, not a case that has absolutely nothing of interest in it and had one or two hearings and, at least at the moment, isn't even resolved. Not even the fact that an idiot judge found someone to be an agent of a corporation he has no legal relation to whatsoever is interesting enough to bring up in law school. Now what you will see in law school at least three times is clips from My Cousin Vinnie.
Without him, she is basically irrelevant.
With him, she is basically irrelevant. This cunt is someone who based her previous marginal relevance on association with a pedophile rapist who she covered up for for years.

Okay, so this reminds me of an age old question... suppose Vic was this out of control sex fiend.

Where are the texts/pics/vids/etc. that inevitably crops up regarding this type of behavior?
They don't even have anything to use against him to falsify stuff to begin with.

At most they have pictures he took with fans (including them taking pictures other people have taken with him and using them against him without their consent) and just baseless accusations.

This crazy bitch had cropped photos, spliced videos and testimonies and she was still caught being a lying, vindictive skank.

You want a prime example of how women can be just as much of a piece of trash as men can be? Look no further.
